Get with the program and make your app better. I can only SOMETIMES make my car payment using the app. Most of the time, I get an error message. Have your developers look at the Wells Fargo app and try to get it like that. We are literally refinancing both of our cars just to get out of this place.

I'm sorry, as great as this little bank is, it cannot compete with the technology that the other banks have to offer. The app is not easy to use and routinely locks me out leaving me unable to make a car payment. It's something I would expect in 2001. Unfortunately, we will be taking our auto loans elsewhere because of this.

I'm terrible at remembering my password and figuring out how to use my app for FAST-- today Christina was so patient and extremely helpful in setting up my new password to get back on my app and verifying I was the correct person calling as I probably sounded like I wasn't me!! My husband asks why I don't switch over completely to our joint bank and I say "if you'd had the service I've had for over 30 years -- you'd keep this credit union too!!"

Thank you Jennifer you made banking better. Jennifer helped me with my online banking and bill pay. I tried forever to get it to work and was ready to give it up. Her spainglish is worthy of praise....as she tried her hardest to help my pops too with his account. Jennifer did this with great attitude and kept my kids entertained. My kids love to come to fast too see you and get a sticker.

Fast has great service and always have my security in mind which is very appreciated and a plus. Ashley and Christina are always so nice and quick to help. Also during this pandemic they always have someone sanitize stations before and after each customer for safety.

Christina was very kind and walked me through their website. Helped me log on and use the search features to locate old checks. Appreciated her patience with me. Highly recommend.

FAST Credit Union has been part of my family for many years starting with my Parents, then my siblings, to me, and now my own children. Their Employees and Tellers are always friendly and professional. As an example,Taylor S. always goes above and beyond with her excellent Customer Service. My satisfactory interactions with her make her a true asset and an excellent representative of FAST Credit Union. They will continue to keep mine and my family's business.

Locally, it's a great little bank. Definitely feels more personal than Bank of America or Wells Fargo. The problem here, is the lack of technology they are utilizing. You cannot make a loan payment online. And if you call, it's a $15 fee. Let's fix this and this bank would get five stars. No one has time to go downtown and wait to find a spot and actually walk into a bank anymore.

Best place to do business with for ANY of your credit needs. They are very polite yet professional and know how to go above and beyond to get the job done for their members. They make obtaining any type of loan through them a simple and very wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend them for any credit needs. They are the best of the best!!

Charged my account $2.50 for my account being inactive. Why would you spend time worrying about this and ripping off a customer at the same time?

The hubby and I have been using FAST for a few years now. We LOVE them. Their customer service is always professional and friendly. There's an occasional long line that never takes long at all to dwindle down as they utilize their staff in an efficient manner. We have Never had a bad experience in any form contact whether email, phone, or in person. They are extremely prompt to resolve any issues that arise and answer any questions we may have. Hands down, we recommend their services.

FAST Credit Union is great!! This has been my credit union/bank for over 20 years! Great service. Love their drive thru teller service, very convent.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bank. My son has his car loan with them and they were great to work with, he also is highly satisfied.

Go to EECU instead, or better yet, a bigger credit union.

I requested past statements for tax purposes and had to call 3 times before someone actually sent them to me. Took longer than they told me it would for me to receive the statements. Looking through the statements many weeks after initially requesting then, I saw that I was sent a mixture of my own and pages of complete strangers' statements (huge invasion of those people's privacy, and who knows if they're sending out my statements to other people as well?)

Great bank! Recommend to anyone. I live in Corcoran, CA. I take a drive to bank because of the poor consumer service at other banks in my town. FAST Credit Union gets you in and out in a professional manner. If the bank gets busy, managers and other employees step it up to get everyone out in a timely matter. I'm extremely blessed to call Fast Credit Union my bank!

Solid service so much better than BofA, which we left them about 4 years ago. We travel overseas a lot and they are so easy to work with, BofA NOT. Staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I haven't gone inside yet, but it really looks great on the outside. You won't recognize the old Sears Buildiing. I"m waiting for their Grand Opening celebration on January 22nd.
