Apple X/XS series phones come from the factory with a Soft OLED type display. GURUmicro saved the day & went way above & beyond for us. The cracky shatter-crunch of an iPhone after taking a dive to a hardwood floor is not a pleasant sound. Even if it’s an old deactivated IPhone 4s that crunch is painful. When said iPhone is used and adored by a 5 year old girl for games and pictures, yep that’s bad, however, when you, the adult, are basically responsible for the iPhone death dive, that’s even worse. The sad look when the little girl asks if it’s like “broken broken” and the answer is yes, from that moment on, you’re on a mission to replace or fix ASAP!

I was able to make an appointment online and then actually had to text in to reschedule it. He replied quickly and arranged the rescheduling for me! When I got there, he was very polite and answered all my questions. He was also very quick. I was super satisfied with his service so I promised to write him a review. But soon after, I graduated college and left for the Peace Corps. Two years later, I'm finally getting to write his review. The fact that I never forgot and am now writing this review should tell you how great GURUmicro is. I'm soon going back to the states with my cracked iPhone screen

I would give GURUmicro more than 5 stars if I was able to. I would go nowhere else to have my cell phone repaired. Chad is VERY professional and a pleasure to do business with. I unfortunately had to have my IPhone screen replaced twice in less than a month due to my own clumsiness.

You MUST use GURUmicro!!! I just went there this evening and was beyond pleased!!!! Called with an IPhone that had hit water & he said cmon in, done in less than 15 minutes & very affordable!!! Fantastic willingness to help, too! Customer service is a long lost art anymore...but not there!!! Help Support our local businesses!

I've gone to Chad twice needing screen repairs and both times he's been fast and reasonable in pricing! The second time we had an issue with the screen itself (nothing he did wrong), and Chad ordered the new… part and made it right as soon as the part came in. Highly recommend and will be returning as I'm sure I'll need new screens in the future!

Couldn't get better service for a better price! Chad is very detailed and honest about anything you bring into the store. I have used GURUmicro for every phone and computer I've had problems with. With as many kids I have Chad has saved me a lot of money fixing all their phones as well as mine because we are rough on them! I've since moved to Dublin but I will continue to bring anything I have to pickerington for his service. I'm a life long customer and will always continue to be!

Just left GURUmicro a little bit ago and was overly pleased with my experience. I cracked my iPhone4s screen a couple days ago and did a search here and was looking around at all the sites. GURUmicro seemed legit compared to the other places I was seeing so I used the online appointment booker on the site and set my time slot. I arrived for my appointment and actually sat there as Chad (owner) replaced my screen. Super in depth process that I'm glad I didn't try myself. Chad is very personable and knowledgeable on what he is doing and it shows in his work. Shiny new screen and happy customer. Definitely
