Super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable with Orange County Restoration Services. Louis and the office staff were extremely professional and courteous. They were happy to help answer any questions that we may have had and in a timely manner. I've been with State Farm for 25 years, my guy went out of business and my account was transferred to Lou Grimaldi. I live in Pasadena and his office is far from me so I was a bit apprehensive at first.Let me tell you, I am so happy, his service and staff far exceeded my previous guy. They get things done at Lou's office. Any questions- answered, Any issues- taken care of, need to lower my rates- strategies in combinations to save you MONEY!! I have 4 children so that was appreciated. Recently I had an issue with a claim, I called Lou ( you get to actually speak to him) and told him what was going
