I had a problem with our vent hood that was an off brand. My home warranty company did not have anyone who would come to Pine to repair so it was on me to find someone local willing to do the repair. I called Bob and at first he didn't think it was going to be something he could help me with and really didn't want to work with a Home Warranty company anyway, which I completely understood. Long story short, he did help me, and we worked together to come up with a way for him to get paid and for me to make a claim with the warranty company after all. He was able to locate the off brand parts needed
