You're ready to make some changes in your life, but you aren't quite sure how to make them or where to even start? Maybe you are constantly worrying about repeating unhealthy patterns? Maybe you feel like you didn't have the greatest childhood and worry about repeating the mistakes of your parents?
Perhaps there are things from your past that you thought you had moved on from, but you can't seem to stop thinking about them? More often than not, you find yourself spending more time dwelling on and reliving the past, than you do in the present. Old memories you would rather forget are resurfacing and you don't know how to make them go away.

Services
When working with clients, I like to examine not only current behaviors/issues, but also what the root of the behavior/issue is. Once the root is identified, work can begin towards resolving issues and moving forward. The work involved may include things like learning new ways to manage your emotions, challenging negative thinking patterns, or being encouraged to look at situations from a different perspective.
I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
Are you unable to remember a time when you didn't feel overwhelmed with worry and stress? Are you sick of feeling tense, on edge, jittery, and irritable because you aren't sleeping? Maybe you're constantly second guessing the decisions you make in daily life, out of fear of messing up or always thinking in a negative way.
Do you feel sad more often than not these days? Are there days where you have to force yourself to get out of bed and face the day, or maybe days where you don't get out of bed at all? You've tried to figure out what is making you feel so sad, but can't really identify a specific cause? But there are still days where you say to yourself, "what's the point?".
