This was designed to help people who are looking specifically to be moved in somewhere in 30 days or less. If you have a longer timeframe, feel free to use this search link, but keep in mind not all of the properties we have will be listed here or may be rented by the time you will be ready to move.
Your real estate investment is very important and taking care of that investment is our mission. We are managed by a Real Estate Broker, as required by Indiana State Law, but we only use that license to professionally manage residential real estate. We don't list houses, represent buyers, or sell cars.
As a premium property management company providing world-class customer service to both our Owners and Residents, your real estate investment is important to us. We have designed our entire infrastructure around this very premise. Here are some important considerations to keep in mind:. We make continual investments in robust technology and software by staying away from the cheapest software on the market (such as Appfolio or Buildium).

By far the worst company we have rented through. Ever since we moved in, they wanted us out. They'd change rent prices and charge us for random things we didn't know about. When we started moving out, someone (with a key/ a june Palms worker) had went in the house and stole some stuff, went through very personal items, and shot paintballs all over one of the bedrooms and yes we have to pay for the damage. When I called to confront them about it, they didn't answer nor did I get calls back. Now, I try my hardest to call them or email and no reply when all I'm trying to do is

If I could give them zero stars I would. June Palms 'managed' a property for us while we were living out of state. Every month there were maintenance issues that had to be paid for which is fine but I think some of the issues were nonsense at best and not things our tenant was concerned with or knew about. They created unnecessary tension with our tenant. The charge a premium for the maintenance work they do and the work is shoddy. They take every short cut possible and do a half-assed job at best. The best thing I did as an out of town property owner was to fire June Palms. DON&apos

This is probably the worst rental company I have come across. My sister has been renting from them for a couple years and recently moved. Her new house is under their management as well as the old house. Every few months, they come up with random charges that they don't even notify her of having and then charge her late fees on top of it. She is a single woman starting out in her career and these people are taking advantage of her. It is repulsive. She will never rent another property from them again and we will both let EVERYONE we know to never rent from them.

I was looking for a place to rent, and found a few houses that were managed by this company. I called & left a message, and the girl returned my call & left a message. Returned her call, only to reach the answering machine again, and have her call me right back. Called again and the same thing happened. Forget about them as that's annoying. Fast forward a few months, and looking again. Called again, and they're still hiding behind their phones. I think as a real estate agent, you need to answer your phone and attend to the customer. Not have the customer wait for your call back

I'm an out of state owner. They managed my property out in the country for a number of years. The good: they managed to keep it (mostly) rented and they successfully handled most maintenance issues as they came up. The bad: the lease called for a six month initial trial period after which the rent went up $50, but they never increased the rent. After one year the rent should have been escalated another $50 but they never did that either. Did not do the required yearly oil furnace service resulting the furnace failing in the middle of winter. Allowed the tenant to skip paying the last

We had great results and wonderful customer service while working with June Palms. Mark, the owner, referred us to an HVAC guy, Mark Dexter. We had been quoted $7,000 for a new AC unit by One Hour Heating & Cooling and we just couldn't swing that price. A few days later Mark sent Mark (confusing, I know) over to give us a quote and it was $4300--a huge savings for us. They were quick, efficient, checked up on us throughout the process, and we are beyond in love with our now working AC unit. I would highly recommend them!

Quick Review/Summary: I wanted to like June Palms as the personnel were generally kind; however, their lack of follow through on projects along with little communication caused quite a bit of frustration and excess expenses when renting the home. Although an old home, our utility bill was significantly higher than expected since three broken window panes were never fixed during the year long lease. Many other issues (see below) forced us to leave after the lease ended and suggest to others to refrain from using June Palms.

I had the opportunity to work with Mark as a service provider on two of his properties in the Indy Metro area. We enjoy being a service provider to Mark and June Palms because we know they have high expectations when selecting vendors and a strong desire to provide excellent service to their clients/tenants. June Palms pays attention to the details of the project or services provided. We know June Palms will treat us fairly as a vendor and as a partner on the project. I highly recommend June Palms as a property manager.
