I am a Certified Professional Life Coach who inspires and facilitates a process that enables people to live out their lives doing what really matters to them. Having been in the field for many years as a Psychotherapist, my experiences and successes have convinced me that Coaching is the most effective and productive way to achieve the changes in their lives.
As a personal coach I work with a wide range of clients and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual. In a supportive atmosphere, I help clients attain the professional and personal growth they're striving for. I offer sessions, both in-person and on the phone. We will start with an initial assessment to clearly define your short and long term goals, everything from communication skills to personal acceptance.

Claire has been a life saving resource in helping me get through the rough times of my life. During the last two years I've lost my father to cancer, lost my mom to alzheimers, gone through a divorce, and my watched my two children move out. My life would have completely fallen apart without Claire being only a phone call away. I highly recommend claire to anyone that needs help getting on the paved road again and pointed in the right direction. She truly is a caring person.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Claire Shumsky. She's a professional "life coach" who has helped me so much personally and professionally. Her kind, direct approach helped me take action to achieve my goals. I just read another poster's review of Claire and I'm shocked that someone would say anything negative about her.
