Very disappointed in the service I received from this company. I guess my business policies for WC and GL didn't make them the big bucks so we were undeserving of service. At times I waited days and even weeks for a returned phone call or email which at times made it impossible to run my business efficiently. As of today their office voicemail still states, "Due to the pandemic our office is temporarily closed and all employees are working remote"
