The contractors were very polite and were also knowledgeable of the door system. They rambled off what they needed to do and got the work done in less than an hour. Now my garage opens and closes like it should. There

Excellent and quick service! They were able to come out and replace our door within a couple days. The guys installing were very courteous and didn't leave until everything was working perfectly. I'll definitely be calling them again in the future should I need any service.

The home improvement store that I initially had planned to purchase a new garage door installation from said they had a 90-day lead time on jobs. We had Innovative come out and they quoted us for a door installation. The home improvement store was slightly cheaper, so I gave Innovative the chance to match the price, since they promised a much faster turnaround. They did match the price, and they had the door installed a week later!
The new door looks and works great. They did excellent work and were easy to work with! Definitely recommend!

I hired this company because it had so many good reviews. They came out and did a good installation of two garage doors. After installation I contacted John (The business owner) on a Friday and requested that he visit with me and take care of a few minor items. He cam out first thing the following Monday and took care of most of my request. I believe John to be a good honest guy who cares about his clients and the quality of service.
