Overall great work, detail, nice finishing. They reinforced the chimney from bottom to top, added rain protection, a new flue, repainted the interior with fire paint, and installed a new gas burner.
The only downsides - they left a bit of a mess at the foot of the chimney and my roofer said they messed up a little area around the chimney (which will result in more costs on my side)
Overall they were a solid team and did good work.

I wanted to remodel the fireplace in my condo which was old, dated, ugly and did not even work. I found King's Fireplace on Yelp. The designer who came out helped me determine how I could modernize my fireplace without too much investment/remodeling and we came up with painting it, putting a new fireplace mechanism in, adding mirrored sparkly glass (they gave me black glass per my request and I added a bit of champagne glass on top myself per the technician's helpful suggestion) and a custom made stainless steel frame to place over the old one. It wasn't exactly cheap but was well

Initially, I was hesitant about scheduling this appointment due to the mixed reviews, but I had a great experience. I had a gas fireplace that wasn't lighting up. The tech showed up on time and the repair was so simple, he didn't even charge me the service call. For the same repair, another company wanted $251! So I appreciated the tech's honesty and punctuality.

Yali was very professional, kind, and showed up in a mask. Fireplace door panel was broken and he explained my options in replacing the panel and helped me take off the door so I could get the panel replaced. Overall had a great, efficient experience and highly recommend King's Fireplace for anybody looking for quality service!

I absolutely can not say enough about this company! I would give them a 100 star if possible! I purchased a outdoor fire-pit from Sears online for $1,200. It took three months for it to arrive. When my contractor put it together and tried to fire it up, it didn't work.
I called Sears and they refused to help, they said I purchased from their online which is a third party. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS ONLINE! THEY DON'T BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS! To add to my stress, I tried reaching out to the Seller, which didn't help either. The Seller said he had nothing to do with it once it was shipped out

From the moment I called to set the appointment to the moment our technician left, I was so happy with the service. Not only did they install our beautiful fireplaces perfectly and we've had no problems at all, but they are always welcome and willing to help us with any maintenance issues no matter how minor. They were even willing to schedule a appointment last minute during the holidays to fix an issue that ended up just being a battery issue And very minor. The initial estimate scheduling was easy, though Yali arrived over an hour late. He was nice enough and left within five minutes, saying he would follow up with some options/estimates to fix or replace our fireplace. When I followed up a week later, he said he was still working on the estimate. It's now been over two weeks and no estimate.
*update. Since posting this, he provided an estimate for almost $700. By the time he got around to emailing me that figure, Fiddler On The Roof had completed the job for under $100.

King's installed my gas fireplace about a year ago. They are incredibly professional, knowledgable and friendly. I recently thought I had a small problem with my remote sensor and they showed up, explained the problem (there wasn't one -- it was a sensor safety feature kicking in) and they couldn't have been nicer or fairer. One of the best small businesses I've ever worked with.

Couldn't be more happy with this company and service. Not only were they timely, they went way beyond the scope of work. Extremely courteous, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable. The technician inspected the fireplaces, made the necessary recommendations, and made all necessary repairs in a very timely fashion. The price was more than fair. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and wouldn't hesitate to call back if id ever need more work done.
