Chris is great! I ordered a new 4 horse slant from him and he delivered it in half the time he promised. He kept me so well informed during the process and the trailer is hands down the nicest horse trailer you will find for the money. This is a hometown business with hometown service. Chris takes care of his customers like they are his neighbors because they are his neighbors. Best place you find in western Montana to buy a trailer.

Bought a car less than a week ago. High mileage, but a completely rebuilt engine and a lot of work recently done to rebuild it structurally. Within 24 hours a loud noise began coming from the engine compartment, 2 days later the heater stopped working, and as of today the car won’t even start. I’ve replaced the starter and it still won’t start. Called and talked to Chris to see if there is any help to be had here, and all I get is “I don’t know what to tell you.” No offer of assistance or direction whatsoever. Buy from these people, you’re on your own.

Plain and simple. He lied and lied and lied. Fraud would be the best term. He has multiple complaints of selling vehicles that are trash and not being honest. The damage is covered up and he lies when asked. He puts families at risk knowing they are driving away in lemons. He was rude and careless of concerns brought up and wanted NOTHING to do with helping getting into anything better or fixing what he knew to be wrong. I reported to BBB. I have spoke to multiple mechanics now. The damage was covered up. He is a fraud and you are extremely lucky if you got a better deal than myself and others

My initial review of my experience would have been 5 stars because Chris was friendly and nice to work with. We purchased the vehicle and drove one block away to fuel up. My husband was following me, and told me the second I stepped on the gas I had plume of smoke coming out the exhaust. I called Chris about this and he recommended working with the warranty people directly. I did this and found out that the warranty is NOT worth the money.
