Regarding the reply I just received from the business owner - I do not celebrate taking money back from a small business - I do celebrate getting justice for an injustice that was done upon me. I did not take money from a small business - I actually got money back that the small business took from me for a service that was never performed! I do not think you are aware of the facts related to this issue. In addition, your business did not pursue the single option offered to remedy the matter, instead, your business ignored any communications.

I truly appreciate the time and effort the lash technicians put into my lashes! I've had experience with a few lash technicians and Amanda was the best I ever had. I was searching for a new eyelash salon and came across sugar blossom and am so glad I did. The salon is very clean and professional looking, everyone is very nice and friendly too. I love how many technicians there are so you can almost always get in, even with short notice! All the technicians are great and do an amazing job, I would highly recommend sugar blossom lashes!

I came in for a fill and my lashes looked better after two weeks before my fill than they did a week later. They have fallen out and look terrible.
I also wanted to update that I went to my lash lady today and she indicated that cluster lashes were placed on me when I paid for classics. She had to remove my lashes completely because of this.

Very disappointed I've been here three times twice in Brea and once in Chino thinking it might be a little different I paid $75 plus tip for volume fill and was told as she was completing it they would be a bit " wispy" what can I say at that point although that's not what I paid for. It wasn't for two weeks ago I had an appointment in Brea. The minute my daughter saw them who is religious about getting her lashes done she said oh my gosh on those look terrible that's not volume... I debated on leaving this review because I've never been one to say bad things or ask for a refund or complain but I just cannot believe how bad my lashes look. I paid $160 for a VOLUME set and they look like a classic set if that. I tried a new place because I moved to chino hills so I had to leave my lash girl that I loved. I was excited since most reviews are great and it was my bday week. I got too shy to say anything in person but I will definitely be canceling my fill appointment.

I would not recommend this place at all!! I was having my lashes done by Lorraine and this girl kept sniffling behind me which is rude and gross. She then sneezed over my head and didn't even bother getting up to wash her hands or say I'm sorry. I was mortified. I'm in the middle of my lashes getting done and can't open my eyes. A few minutes later she tells me I'll be right back I have to blow my nose. I'm sorry but if you're sick STAY HOME!!! I asked her if she was sick and she tells me no but continued to sneeze and cough over me. Once I left I had to run home and shower!! They were so unprofessional

Don't book here! Save your money and time . I tried to cancel my appt after seeing all the bad reviews about the glue not being good but the manager didn't let me. She said it was non refundable and it was my fault I didn't look at the reviews before I booked it lol. She also said they stand behind their work 100%. Very happy with my lashes! Rose the owner took very good care of me today and Sugar Blossom Lashes didn't disappoint. The shop is very clean and organized. I walk in to this beautiful spa like place, everything gleaming and greeted with gorgeous lash technicians and their lashes are to die for! After I signed consent forms, the lash technician asked me what look I like, the curl, the length, wide eyes or cat eyes. Then she starts her magic!
I almost fell asleep, it was so comfortable and the process doesn’t hurt at all! Olivia has the most gentle hands! Even the way she taped and removed it was so gentle!

Wonderful experience. The studio was very clean and smelled amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Selena was my lash tech, and I must say she’s the best I’ve ever had. She kindly explained everything to me, including what they offered, and why my previous lashes weren’t working for me. She understand the way lashes lay on different eye shapes. Which I appreciate immensely because I do have a heavier lid on one side. So happy with the finish product! So full and fluff but not heavy or clumpy! Already booked my next appointment!

I really love this place! Everyone here does amazing work! You can come in and take a quick nap and wake up feeling beautiful. There are even blankets to keep you cozy. The girls will all take care of you. I have always gotten compliments on my lashes. They will educate you on taking care of your lashes and make sure you are comfortable. This place deserves 5 stars for sure! I’ve been coming here for over 2 years on a weekly basis! I look forward to every Wednesday! It’s obvious I’m obsessed with my eyelashes! And I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful set of lashes! I’ve had lash extensions for over 2 years and getting compliments from other women never gets old! I usually get lashed by Rose or val, id definitely recommend either one they’re both great!! Did I mention how cute the salon is, and all the girls are super inviting when you first walk in! 100% recommend!!!!
