Lightweight yet stiff. Capable yet efficient. Fun yet focused. Hell, if Goldilocks ever wanted to drop you, our money's on her picking an Epic EVO Comp to do the job.
While the Epic EVO sees a seemingly modest 20-millimeter increase in suspension travel up front over its Epic stablemate and just 10-millimeters out back, we've worked overtime to make sure it's been implemented in a way that'll have you saying "Whoa!" as soon as you hit your first stretch of singletrack.

A great local shop with an excellent staff. The owner takes pride in his work and the work of his crew and will bend over backward to make customers satisfied with their purchases. They mostly sell Specialized equipment, but can work on anything you bring in. I would and do recommend it to my friends and family.

The entire staff are great people, super helpful and are true cycling enthusiasts. They are great to answer your questions, have a good selection of what I'm normally needing and the service department helps me get back on the road and trail quick when I cant quite get it myself. This will continue to be by go to bike shop.

This is a great bike shop with very helpful staff. They will do bike fittings and are patient with people new to the cycling hobby. They do not try to upsell you things you don't need but find what works best for your budget/needs. I recommend going here to anyone getting anything related to cycling!

5 stars isn't enough! Remarkable service in every aspect. Went through the process of ordering a bike, getting it fitted (which Erik is phenomenal at), and swapping out a chainring to accommodate a specific upcoming objective. Riding away from this place feeling stoked & confident in my new set-up. Small, family-owned shop feel with big city caliber service.

The Ride has the best customer service in town. Erik and his team will take care of your cycling needs but the best part is the relationship they build with you and suggest ways to make your riding more comfortable even if it involves giving up some sales for them. I've bought bikes from the Ride and serviced bikes I haven't bought from them and the service and quality of work doesn't change. Highly recommend visiting the Ride for all cycling needs or just for casual conversation and hang out.

This is a great bike shop. I have been in several times for accessories, information, and help with some issues I have had with my bicycle that I purchased independently.
The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and seemingly enthusiastic about biking. Definitely a the place to visit if you're in the Conway area for all things bicycle.

I didn't end up buying my bike here because they didn't have a huge selection of bikes in the size and price range I was looking, but I have been here several times to buy other accessories (shoes, pedals, jerseys, tubes) and Erik (the owner) and the other staff have been -super- friendly. Especially being a newbie to riding, it was nice because everyone I've interacted with has been very patient and encouraging. They also offered me extra info about group rides, trails, and clinics. Average prices for a bike shop (though today they had some awesome-looking stuff for 50% off), but

The guys in the shop were very helpful. Not pushy. :-) I went in to buy a light and came out with a light and a new drink cage for my son's bike. They were the only store in the metro area to have a handle mount drink holder to fit his bike. I observed how they helped other customers and a woman getting a bike repair. Totally great all around. They even took the bike that was being picked up out and loaded it onto the car rack!! Great service.

It's really nice to see a Cycle shop in Conway! The entire staff is courteous and prompt. The owner will over backwards to get you set you up for success. I am in the military and have been to a ton of shops in/out of the country. This is the best one yet!
The prices are very reasonable and service is second to none. They really take the time to properly fit you on the gear. I would highly recommend this store to the beginner and professional rider alike.

I love this store! I've been twice, and I've gotten great service and good advice on my purchases both times from two different employees. I'll be back again soon for other modifications to my bike and more equipment. They aren't open on Saturday, but make up for it by being open Sundays starting at 11 a.m.
The first time I went, I was reluctantly buying a pedal system and bike shoes (I was pretty afraid of falling!). The employee took a lot of time with me, explained the pros and cons of the various systems, talked to me about where/how much I would be riding on my bike and
