We are wanting to get cultured stone on 100 sq ft on just a small area on front of house, plus inside entrance of front door. Before even finishing his measurements, he informed us that it would cost $40,000 for labor, plus materials cost just for the 100sq ft area. This is absolutely way beyond any pricing! We told him, that was a no go, and he said, good to know and quickly gathered his papers and couldn’t get to his van quick enough. No pleasantries, just gone. One is left feeling, do we look like idiots?
So just be aware, he wants a quick job for six months wages.
