I had never tried on dresses before and I had the best experience possible here. I wish I remembered the name of my consultant but she was fabulous. Every piece she pulled was beautiful, even the ones that didn't flatter me still were beautiful dresses. She took enough care to let me try on a variety of silhouettes and fabrics so I could pinpoint my taste. She listened to everything that I wanted but still gave excellent constructive advice about certain elements that I wanted (for example I really want sleeves and she made sure that I would be okay without having as much movement in my arms).

I don't know if I have the words to say what a wonderful experience this had been. First, the actual location is stunningly beautiful. You feel special the moment you walk in. I was in a unique situation and am getting eloped in January and had bought a dress that delivery date had changed. I was very concerned that it wouldn't arrive on time. I spoke with Tori and she spent some time going through her inventory and found the perfect dress for me! That was amazing, especially as I am a plus sized girl. Again I cannot say how grateful I am for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend Platinum

Everyone at Platinum Bridal was extremely kind, but Tori was beyond incredible. She took her time getting to know me and my visions and made sure that I got the best experience there as possible. They even stayed after the hour when I forgot to notice the time.
Even though I did not get my dream dress at their place, they congratulated me on finding my dress and wish me the best. If this is not the kindest gesture, I don't know what is. 100% in excellency

I came here to look for my dress after one of my best friends found hers here. Let me just say, if you are anywhere near this boutique, you absolutely have to check it out. Definitely the best place to go for this special moment. Monica helped me out so much and was so educated on every little detail. Made it super easy and fun the entire time! All the other ladies there are so wonderful as well. Me and my Bridal party were fortunate enough to be the only one's in the shop, and my appointment went a little longer than planned but they didn't mind at all! Once it came down to saying yes to the dress all of the amazing ladies were there helping me out. It was the absolute best experience, just might even invite them to my wedding! Lol

Wow, Tori and Monica have created such a beautiful studio. From the moment you walk in you feel like a bride. The bridal studio suite makes you feel so special. Tori focused on my words, my theme and my venue to find the perfect dress. She was so accommodating to my mother and our requests for different colors. She listened to everything we said. She picked dresses based on what I said. I had gone somewhere else and I didn’t have an experience as lovely. I decided that I loved the dress and the experience. Nothing could beat it. I found THE DRESS. I am beyond excited and will refer them to anyone

I am going to leave the most honest review! I went to 3 different bridal shops before I came to Platinum Bridal. The other locations they make you pick your dresses, they may ask you what you are shopping for, they will pick different things for your liking, but here they get down to the nitty gritty of YOUR perfect dress. You may have heard it before BUT TRY ON EVERYTHING!! Even if it is nothing you expected you would like, do it!!! With that being said compared to all of the other bridal shops if you want beautiful gowns, at a very amazing price with the BEST TEAM and finding your perfect dress

They were so accommodating to the somewhat large number of ladies I brought along with me, and the associate, Monica, was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She made sure to ask me questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for, but did not make me feel pressured to choose a dress at any point throughout the appointment. Absolutely amazing experience! Extremely friendly consultants and a family run business. Clean and luxurious. Great variety of lighting. We had tons of appointments booked all day, stress was high, couldn't find "the dress," and we were running SO late. They calmed is, stayed open past closing time to still meet with us, didn't rush at all, and did everything possible to please our bride. They had lots of options for a plus size bride, and we FOUND THE DRESS!! Accessories, options on the dress, easy and informative, everything was awesome! Highly recommend!
