Bradley Insurance Group

After answering a series of questions from Michael, and explaining that I’m looking for the least expensive option for general liability insurance for a brand new business, I was told that Bradley was not a good fit and was hung up on. I tried to ask why, and explained that I have had businesses for 15 years and own a commercial building so I am not new to insurance but looking for the right fit and supplying answer to his questions, Michael abruptly said they were not interested, wouldn’t explain why, and told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. Every time I have tried to contact this company, they are incredibly unprofessional and rude. They clearly don’t care about their customers and they make sure to be as demeaning as possible, every time they talk to you.

I own a small business in NW Denver and as a new business owner, navigating all the rules and regulations in addition to running a successful business was overwhelming. Michael from Bradley Insurance stopped in one day and helped me understand my policy - which was with another broker - and explained why I should be including several items of coverage that I had missed. We switched insurance brokers and have not looked back! It was very easy to work with these guys; they are a good and trustworthy crew.

The owner of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional. I could not believe it. My car was hit right outside of their parking lot so I called to speak to the owner about their surveillance. My insurance company seems to think it was a plow truck who hit my car and just about totaled it. The owner was very condescending and laughed at me for calling. I called to simply ask the plow truck company they use, he refused to tell me but also laughed at me that for even asking. I feel sad for his customers and team members who work for him. Leaves me to believe that maybe HE plows his own parking

Spoke with Lauren in the morning and I asked her if we can open a claim and she said under the Colorado Law she can't open a claim without their customer's permission, after 5 hours I call back and she said she never said it was under Colorado's Law, asked her to send me that specific law and she told me to "google it". Anything she says does not match with what she says next. Straight lier and not professional! However, someone else opened a claim with my insurance company without my "permission". Do yourself a favor and do not go to this company, or if you are with them leave! This company lies
