Richard was incredibly prompt in getting my inspection done to meet the deadline date and he was quick respond to my initial outreach call. He was kind, generous and friendly when we spoke and I received a full report a week after the inspection. He was easy to communicate with via text and email. Richard was super responsive. Actually, the only one that responded to my inquiries and he responded immediately. Went through his testing process, why he is different than other home inspections, and was flexible with my schedule. He was all masked up upon arriving and he even had the courtesy to take his shoes off in the house. Most service people I have had over recently didnt even bother.
