The salesman, Anthony, was very professional and no pressure. I was having a mini split system installed and the men showed up on time and were professional and friendly.
I chose Maichles because I’d used others who installed but good luck getting them back. I did a Nextdoor poll and it was Maichles across the board for great customer service.

Maichle's is a top notch company. I will recommend them to anyone that asks. From the first visit with Tony F. to the completion of the job, profesionalism and courtesy were the prevailing attitudes. Tony worked with us in trying to decide which hvac units to use and the pricing was very competitive. They were not afraid to show different prices for the equipment. It was reported by a Horizon Services Tech that I have a cracked heat exchanger in my 8.5 year old XV95. My two options were a repair or replace the system with a 2700 dollar credit...unacceptable. I called Trane and Miachles and discovered that this particular heat exchanger has a 99 year - lifetime warranty from cracks and failures. Discovered very few fail and as long as your registered Trane covers the part (all the time) and you must cover installation... Pass the word to your friends....

The most reliable heating and air-conditioning company in Delaware and surrounding areas. To give you an example, the technician came out at 9:30 in the evening because I had a condensation leak in the basement with my old York system. He stayed here and took care of the leak so that I didn't incur any more damage.
That is the kind of customer service that this company provides. I highly recommend them and have known them for 20 years.

Maichle Heating and air-condition is second to none. Monday morning he came out as promised. Install my heating and air-conditioning unit. It is a family run business they are very professional and attended to customers need. He educated me about taking care of my A/C and heating.This is the first time that I did not have to put a heater in my bathroom in 20 years. Ryan home install the wrong heater in my house.My husband and son said it feel so good to have heat in the bathroom. Thank you Maichle's heating and A/C.
