Near the Dahlonega Square, The Corner Kitchen serves quality sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts. We offer recipes made from scratch, Boar's Head meat & cheeses and confections from our sister store, The Fudge Factory. The Corner Kitchen offers a fresh alternative to fast food. We craft our sandwiches using breads baked at a local bakery and delivered fresh to us 3 days a week.
We use only Boar's Head meats and cheeses on our sandwiches and in our other recipes. We welcome you to join us on our covered patio, or grab lunch to go and head out to the many trails and state parks in our area. We also offer drop off catering for parties up to 200. Our menu offers perfect options for bridal luncheons, casual rehearsal dinners, or any event.

Our family has been feeding Dahlonega for close to 40 years. My parents opened the Fudge Factory in 1982, raising me in the business. They ran the shop with the principles that have led me to this day: use fresh ingredients, give great customer service, and pay close attention to details.
After buying the candy shop from my parents in 2007 and growing it for a number of years, my wife and I turned our attention to a long vacant corner lot near the Square that had formerly been both a grocery and florist shop.We bought that building in 2012 and began the long renovation that earned us the city of Dahlonega's "Golden Nail" award.

I am a local and love this great place. The Deli sandwiches and salads are always top notch. Just tried the Biscuit, Sausage gravy, and jalapeno cheese grits. The biscuits and gravy were like none I have ever had before. Simply outstanding! A must try if you're fortunate enough to try a little crumb of heaven.

Portions were good. The tarragon chicken salad was amazing and obviously fresh made. They ran out of soup by 2:30 so that was a little disappointing but next time we will go earlier. No indoor seating, not sure if it's due to Covid19 but they do have a covered outdoor patio. Lunch was $60 for 3 adults and 1 child due to no kid's menu, but we did have leftovers because the sandwiches were so large. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will return.

Our sandwiches were delicious. The bread tasted homemade it was crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I would definitely come back again. Everything tasted homemade and was delicious! The Cons: the lack of seating inside was a bit challenging although they have a lovely patio with plenty of seating. they don't offer tableside service however when we went to pay and checkout they only offered 15% minimum tip with a credit card of course. That's a little high for a minimum considering they don't offer tableside service and you have to bus your own table. Their prices were a little high for

The sandwiches were amazing, the portions were spot on, and the price was right. Also, the folks there couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We stopped in 30 minutes before closing and were greeted warmly and walked through the menu and ordering process with no rush. Plus, they have hand-made sweets and desserts!

The Corner Kitchen is serving up the freshest lunch in Dahlonega!! I got the tuna sandwich and broccoli slaw to go. The slaw was absolutely fantastic with all my favorite ingredients: raw broccoli, carrots, grated red cabbage, raisins, pecans, sunflower seeds, and a delicious dressing!! I could have eaten a whole bowl of it!
The sandwich was large, and a good thing they cut it in half, as it will be my lunch tomorrow too!
Great food, friendly & competent service from “Madison”, and per usual for anything Tony Owens does, a class act all around!!

10/10. We ordered 5 to-go orders for our staff for lunch. Placing the order over the phone was easy, and they were super helpful as it was our first time trying The Corner Kitchen. They had each lunch bagged individually with the names, it was super fast and I would highly recommend this place for lunch!
