I think they did a good job with the exterior detailing but the interior detailing wasn't up to the mark. I would recommend them for Exterior Detailing but would think twice before spending money on interior detailing.

2nd time I came here for service. Dan & Cherisse(pardon me if I spelled it wrong) answered all my questions, Cherisse even picked me up since I didn’t have a ride back to my car! I was excited to see my car looking pretty with the ceramic coating! It’s not easy leaving your car- mine is my baby! I did end up calling twice to ask “how’s it going”, didn’t seem to bother them they were very understanding and took care of all my needs ! Dwnshftco is very affordable check them out before any other shop!!! They don’t disappoint! Thank you Team.

Amazing job by the guys at Dwnshftco, pure professionalism, Zee, Danny, Louis, and Josh took good care of me and my car. They have the best prices of any detail shops around and the quality of work is impeccable. My car feels like it just rolled off the factory line, brand new!! They were able to get our pesky stains from the seats and had the whole interior of the car brand spanking new. Exterior they also did a amazing job. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. 10 out of 10 will be using their services again and would recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a great price!!

Such an awesome experience! I purchased and level 3 detail and I am super pleased with everything. Super friendly staff and awesome customer service. The car I brought in was super dirty and in bad condition, however; they were able to clean it with some much care and they made it look brand new. I requested for three car stickers/decals to be taken off and they did so atf no extra charge. You definitely can’t get that kind of work and generosity at anywhere else. I definitely would recommend!

I got my car detailed, Level 3, last week and it still smells clean. The attention to detail was amazing. I was honestly surprised that it was going to take 8 hours when I dropped it off. However it was worth the wait. I've owned my car for 2 years and I swear its the cleanest its ever been. The costomer service was amazing and I will be going back. My only issue was Google maps not knowing exactly where they were but I submitted a correction and hopefully it changes soon.

Could not recommend more! Danny was super professional and the team was beyond thorough in their work. My sister and I brought both of our cars in for the level 1 detailing and could not be happier. Amazing experience! We will definitely go back. We park our 2 Sonata's under a pine tree and have months worth of heavy sap build-up on our cars. DWNSHFTco helped us pick the level that suited our cars the best. They did not try to bump us up to a higher level for more money and were fantastic at being upfront and honest. We went with a level 1 exterior with a clay bar for both cars and a level 1 interior cleaning for both cars as well. Dwnshftco did an amazing job on my jeep! I purchased a Groupon for a level 2 interior/exterior detailing and they exceeded my expectations! Booking was easy--I called on a Monday and they got me scheduled for that weekend. The detailing and cleanliness was top tier--my jeep sparkled like it was brand new. Great service i trully recomend their services. I have a lease had several scratches and the inside was a total mess . Took them only 24 hours and my car was like new my husband and i were shocked and confident that my lease company wouldn't had nothing to charge. Car was impecable i paid 300 dollars for the service but was worth it i probably save 1000 of wear and tear. Thanks a lot guys!

Terrible establishment, will rip u off for money. Cheap products, that's why the service is "somewhat cheap" don't care about the customer and extremely rude, will never ever recommend this place to another person, save ur money and go to a professional place. Seems like they just got started and don't have the proper staff or material to even provide customers for car care.

I'm a smoker who is trying to quit and having an ashy car with a ceiling that is half black from the tar and smoke stains is no fun and smells bad. I decided to get my car detailed to bring it back to new and allow me to refrain from the bad habit at least while in my car.

I needed my car detailed extremely last minute. The guys were very responsive, and able to coordinate picking up my vehicle from my work and bringing it back before end of business. The pricing of the platinum package was incredibly competitive and I was extremely satisfied and impressed by the way my car looked when it was returned. They were able to erase the evidence of all the soccer carpools from the fall from my Volvo SUV. I definitely will be a repeat customer.
