An audio recording is also available. There are several items in the law created to help businesses and employees, including the Payroll Protection Program (PPP). The PPP offers businesses a loan up to 2 times their average monthly payroll and can be used for the purposes of paying wages, rent/mortgage and utilities.

To me there is nothing more confusing than payroll and taxes. Payroll Centric and every employee I have dealt with there has been extremely competent, efficient and kind. They were patient when I had questions and didn't treat me like an idiot. Special recognition to Lisa Vela! I had been with a different payroll company previously that made many mistakes, resulting in letters from EDD. Payroll Centric straightened it all out, got me on track and explained what had been done. Payroll is so easy to do- I love having it on "automatic" and just emailing in changes when that happens

I have used Payroll Centric for 3 years now to process my payroll at my LLC. Their pricing is great and they do a wonderful job helping keep my payroll under control. I don't have to worry about staying on top of filings and they don't charge by the hour for requests. Stephanie has been my rep for several years and has always been helpful and courteous. Also The manager Melvin is very informed and works hard to find the best solution to your needs. 5 Stars.

I've worked with a couple of contacts at Payroll Centric - Dion Davis currently, and they all have been responsive, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Regardless of who we talk to, they all are up to speed to what our payroll needs are. We get calls all the time from other companies offering payroll services, and they all get the same response: "We're happy where we are!" Pricing is reasonable and we think Dion - and Payroll Centric - are great!

PayrollCentric has been my payroll service provider for over five years. They are so very helpful friendly, and responsive. My rep is Erica Robinson. I'm always asking questions and she always is quick, helpful, and friendly. I get calls and emails from all the big payroll companies, but I cannot be pulled away from PayrollCentric. Payroll Centric is the BEST! We've been with payroll centric for 12 years. Throughout the years we've been with them, we hardly encounter any issues. Customer service is great and whenever we need help, they always come to our aid. What makes them great is that they are affordable yet the service is beyond exceptional. The worst! I am a small business with a one person payroll monthly. They forgot one time. I had to call them. I repeatedly had incorrect address information ( which was sent to the EDD)... they had one address for my invoice and an old address for my taxes. I went over it with them more than once.
I cancelled my contract by certified letter and they still ran more payroll. Don't be fooled by their smooth sales pitch. The internal day in and day out workforce changed frequently. Now I am trying to find out why they ran payroll after the contract termination and I am just getting voicemail

Payroll Centric has provided payroll services to both of our companies for over a decade. They provided accurate and timely payroll. The software was easy to use and provides good control features.
The customer service was timely and informative. They even provide seminars to inform employers of upcoming law changes. My payroll department could not have been happier with their services.

Horrible customer service. Payroll Centric bought out my payroll from Apple One. I found out from Apple One that they had sold my account when I tried to run payroll . When I called Payroll centric and told them that I was not notified about the change, I was told they called everyone. I stopped using Payroll centric after using them only twice. Now my employees are getting notices from the IRS that Payroll Centric submitted W-2's when they were not suppose to. Calling their "customer service" and talking to Louie, I have received no return calls after leaving 4 or 5 messages. Fix

Very disappointed. I have been using them for about four years and have had several HUGE issues. One time they double paid half of my employees and took double the amount of money out of my business account (which thank goodness I had more than enough to cover it). They also have messed up IRS and levy issues. They recently left off sick and vacation accrual for a new employee on her pay stub for almost three months. Our payroll guy, Richard Sharp, does a good job, but if it were not for him, I would never deal with this company again.
