Have you toured the property you are applying to rent? (Applications will only be accepted from groups who have toured the property with the Manager or Showing Assistant.). Do you have your complete group ready to go? (Make sure everyone is on board with rent, utilities and parent approvals before you apply.).
It's helpful to start the real estate process with an eye to the future. If you're moving within the next five years, you might want to purchase a home requiring a minimal investment for repairs and upkeep. If you're setting down longer roots, then feel free to look at properties with an eye towards renovation and other improvements.
It was a great experience working with Clint for the sale of our family cabin. Clint was immensely responsive, willing to answer any and all questions, and very helpful in assisting us with the extra lease paperwork and process associated with the sale of a cabin on National Forest Land. Clint happily did the extra research needed for everything to go smoothly.

Andy Hawk is the consummate real estate agent. If you are selling, he does his homework and suggests a price and selling strategy that make him more than worth his commission. If you are buying, he is extraordinarily wise to the current market and helpful in preparing you to move intelligently and quickly in what is now (2021) a volatile market. Living in a Folsom property for two years has been amazing! Clint and his staff are an amazing resource and keep up their properties beautifully. There is always crystal clear communication with the office whenever there is an issue or of there is just upkeep. They are also very quick in responding and more that happy to help with anything. If you can get one of these properties, you definitely need to!

I am so thankful that my roommates and I chose to rent with Folsom & Co Real Estate. Clint is so attentive to our (minimal) needs and will send maintenance out to us within a day or two after sending a request. Our property is beautiful and always well kept.
