Appt. with Dr. Velilla this AM. First since pre-covid. it was nothing short of an excellent experience (considering getting your teeth worked on :-). Debbie did all the cleaning, photo's, +++ and spent nearly an hour on me. She has a great touch, and is SO professional. And of course SUPER nice.
And Dr, V. was fantastic, as usual, when he checked me out.
Overall? As far as a Dentist visit? It was a 10 out of a 10.
I especially appreciate their genuine concern.

Dr Velilla is an outstanding dentist. He uses the most up to date technology to keep his patients informed of any issues they might have. Lynn is the best dental hygienist anyone could ask for. She is caring and very informative in the processes you may have performed on you. Highly recommend making this your dentist office.

Wearing Masks and and Taking Temp when I come in is a little silly at this point now that we know how much of a sham Covid was. but wow the Staff was great from that point on. Made me feel comfortable, they were super fast for a first visit and all the cool technology they use was so cool. Dentist could tell just by looking at a filling how old it was and then could show me on the screen. Dentist diagnosed things I wish previous dentist told me about years ago!

We are new to the Novi area and this dentist office was recommended. I have had poor service at previous out of state dentist so I was nervous. The dr. came in and spoke with me and I felt so comfortable and like I was welcomed and appreciated. His entire staff is wonderful. The office is clean and even during the pandemic, they were awesome!

I recently went to have a routine teeth cleaning with Debbie at Dr. Shah's office. She was so nice. She put me to ease immediately. I have had bad experiences with going to the dentist when I was young. Debbie was so kind and caring. She made me realize that I can put those memories behind me and get on a better dental health path. Dr. Shah is always so kind, patient, and understanding. He works hard to explain all that is needed to be done. I truly appreciate all that they do. It was a very good and informative appointment, and I am determined to do my very best to get on a good dental course

Dr Shah and Tracey are such wonderful people. I am not a fan of dentist appts, but when I know I’m going to see them I know I will have a great team to help me.
