Founded through a group of doctors and public officials to help our community get healthy, today the Wellness Center stands as the leading health and fitness hub of our area. The Wellness Center doubled in square footage and upgraded with the latest in innovative and high tech equipment.
Our outdoor fitness track is free to the public and we have many guest pass options anytime you want to visit the gym. We offer state of the art equipment in a safe and friendly atmosphere, constantly changing programs to keep you on your toes, and a talented wellness staff to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Services
There are many types of memberships to get you, your family and all your friends enjoying life through the Wellness Center. Family Rates (sub members) consist of a married couple and/or children in the same household. Membership for one person 13 years of age or older (under 18 must have a parent or guardian present for sign up).
Every time you, a Wellness Member, refers someone to The Wellness Center and they sign-up for a membership (1-year contract), you will receive credit towards your 'single' membership (not including family members and/or additional add-ons). You must redeem your membership credit earned within two weeks of the new member's join date.

Spinning class makes riding a stationary bike more fun by adding variety and visualization into your workout. All barefoot classes including 12 styles of Yoga, Pilates and abs classes.
This invigorating, fast moving, workout combines cardio and muscle toning along with the fat and calorie burning benefits of dance, without impact on the joints or muscles. Discover fluid fun and cool challenges as you dance your way to a fitter body. A fun approach to aerobics performed in shallow water (4ft).
A slow-paced style of Yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time-five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Applying moderate stress to the connective tissues-the tendons, fascia and ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
An energetic, fun workout using the perfect combination of strength and flexibility utilizing a ballet barre with intervals of fat burning cardio techniques from dance, pilates and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.Great for ALL fitness levels! This Yoga Class is done with the temperature being at least 90 degrees.

This is definitely the best gym in the area. Especially if you need a temporary daycare for an hour or 2 for you to work out at. Natalie is the most amazing yoga instructor that I've had and is the first yoga instructor that focuses on building strength. Not including all of their other amazing classes. My children get to enjoy their kids fit classes/ camps/ swimming classes and so forth. This place is a positive part of my daily routine.

Gabriel is in the second session of swim lessons, and I love how his instructor is building upon his skills from the first session. The swim instructor is excellent, nice but firm, and that's exactly what Gabriel needs. He has swam the length of the pool, and doing great. The Wellness Center is a great place for kids to learn swimming and a great place to exercise. Gabriel absolutely loves his lessons and looks forward to them!

Hard to believe but I have been a member for nearly 20 years and it continues to get better. The Wellness has so many different classes and options to help you get in shape and feel better about yourself and they are always improving and growing. They also have a great staff to help you and your family reach all your fitness goals.
