Cake for Breakfast (c) is a revolutionary intuitive eating program for women. It is not a diet program, though weight loss is often a happy result experienced by our clients. You decide what foods you want to eat, and how much. We offer guidelines and principles, no harsh, rigid rules or guilt if you skip a day or life gets in the way.
Intuitive Eating is the anti-diet answer to healthy eating and loving your body, is based on simple principles of creating a gentle, loving relationship with food and loving your body, regardless of size. Instead of rules, restrictions, and denying the foods you love, , intuitive eating is based on the following principles:.
Witty, sad, sassy, and poignant. Each page of this deeply personal book of short poems is a different insight into the poet. It will make you laugh and make you cry. Worth reading and re-reading. I particularly liked "Broken Hearted Venice" about the loss of her mother, and the very funny "Sunday Paper, Disgruntled Salesman, and a Dollar and Thirty-Five Cents.
