I have done business with Robert in the past and has always met my expectations.

I went in with a basic idea of what I needed. Ashley asked the right questions to confirm what I had in mind. Gloria turned the information into art! I was given full details about the kinds of materials available. Step by step I was contacted to confirm size, materials and colors. Installation was done by Charles and Jairo, who arrived early on the scheduled day. Absolutely gracious and professional people all the way!

Owner lacks communication skills. Does not follow up with customers. Very rude. Does not care about El Paso. Waist of business time. This man is nothing but a liar. He told me to report other businesses that had signs he thought were up illegal. He is slandering me and my business. My sign was already paid for when I cancelled the order. My sign was removed. That is why I called your company. You are supposed to get approval from the city not me. The landlord paid you and gave you permission. I never heard back from you. I have all the text messages from you. You never once said I needed to get

Horrible, awful service! The owner Robert Mowad has ZERO customer service or tact. The good reviews he has are from family or employees! Check the last name on internet reviews!! Even on here they gave themselves 5 stars. He also yells at customers, look at his Google responses to customers. He charges way too much, throws a fit and blames customers or anything else for his very shortcomings. Will go to your business to complain about you if you do not give him your work and choose to go with a more qualified company and will verbally threaten you to get his way. He will remove your sign

Very impressed with Sign Design. I'm a Wedding and Event photographer from NYC, and I often need large prints, banners, and such. I happened upon their company from a friend when I was in need of large prints and a banner the day before a showcase. I can't believe that they had a 10' X 10' banner and six 36" X 24" prints ready for me the next day. They were the ONLY company that actually had answers and a quote for me when I called.
