David was so great about responding to emails. He made the reservation process very easy, even when we had to make some changes after booking. Our driver, Rick was on time, very friendly and professional. The vehicle was very clean and in excellent condition. The whole experience was great from start to finish. This was our first time using Need a Ride and we could not be happier. We were treated like kings with private transportation in a beautiful vehicle with a professional driver. Deffinatly will use them again next time I am flying. The airport is a big enough hassle at least getting to and from is worry free.

David was great to work beginning with his extremely fast reply to my call for a quote. His quote was very affordable and we hired him for our group of 6, spanning 3 generations to travel to and from the airport. He was prompt in picking us up, helpful with our assorted luggage, including golf clubs, and he was waiting for us when our plane landed. Dave is a real people person. He made everyone feel comfortable and safe while riding in his immaculate vehicles. I highly recommend Need A Ride. They will be the only company I use for my future travel needs.

I had the pleasure of being driven by John. He was super organized and proactive about finding a meeting place at Logan airport and he was right on time to meet me. The car was beautiful and comfortable so we settled in for our ride to southern Maine. John made great conversation and we chatted about our RI roots. Even though we were in the typical Friday Boston rush hour traffic, everything was relaxed and the trip flew by. I would recommend this service 100% and will use it again on my visits to my Maine and RI family

These guys did a wonderful job taking care of our transportation needs during our last visit to Providence. They gave us a quick response for a quote, they sent emails and texts, and their pricing was more than fair.

David was conscientious, reliable, and a real pleasure to visit with during our 90 minute trips from/then back to the airport. He even handled an awful travel schedule that involved weather, cancelled flights, change of dates without a hitch.

I have used need a ride for the past year. My driver has primarily been David. He is prompt with a great personality. I along with my wife enjoy our drives with him. We even used him for our daughter who lives in NH to get to Logan. She was very satisfied with the ride.
