Been going to this store for about 18 months now. Shawn and the rest of the gang do a great job! Whatever they make per hour, it needs to be more!! It is basically non-stop all day in there. Owner, please compensate them for the amount of what work they accomplish on a daily basis. Thanks for listening.

Visited The Shipping Store the Monday before the 2020 Christmas (Thursday). FEDEX and UPS trucks were on the curb, drivers were loading lots of packages, and The Shipping Store was very busy. I was very impressed with how well organized they were. Shipping Store team members were doing all they could to expedite patrons through the store. Very well organized and well run operation. Enthusiastically recommended!

We live in the middle of nowhere and this location was a 30 minute drive from me. However, I needed to drop off a prelabeled FedEx package and to receive a receipt for confirmation of drop off. If I did not need this receipt, I could have dropped off my package in a FedEx box anywhere close to me. FedEx lists this location as an Authorized Shipping Center with services beyond those you would expect from dropping off a package in just a box. When I arrived, I was informed that they do not provide receipts for drop off and they do not even scan the packages in as received. I was extremely hesistant

Was initially wary, due to the reviews I read. Was shipping a framed photo and the box they had was perfect except for the height. They were willing to cut it down to a shorter height in order to secure the contents better. Didn't think most shipping places would be willing to go that above and beyond. Shawn and Taylor could not have been more courteous and helpful despite how busy it was.

Poor customer service. Female clerk refused to allow me to use a preprinted UPS label to return a package. Clerk told me to print another copy of the label in the store and pay printing cost. I refused to pay for another copy of the preprinted label. I shipped the package from another store without cost.

The customer service is garbage!! Went there to drop off a return package and the big girl behind the counter started yelling at me and telling to drop it off at the counter. I read some of the reviews on here and clearly I'm not the only one to have this issue. I even read a review about how rude the owner was, so clearly the ownership gives no craps. First and last time I go there. Stay away from this place, the people are garbage.

I'm at the shipping store and dropping off a ton of packages. And I don't know why I'm surprised at all because it's like this every time, but wow. These people act like they are dead. I come in smiling asking where they would like me to put my nearly 50 packages. I get a blank look and then a mumble response with a lazy point toward a random corner. So I start bringing things in. Takes me 4 trips because of how many there are and no one even looks my way or asks if I need help. Then I ask if they want a scan sheet (basically a barcode that lets USPS check all 50 packages in

I have never left a bad review about anything before but the shipping store's owner was very rude and disrespectful so I decided to leave a review so he can learn the lesson.
I went there to pick up my ups pkg and the owner assumed someone else's package was mine and threw at me saying that the name didn't match so I could not pick it up. We went in the first time to pay for the notary service. Even though we had called twice beforehand to make sure the notary was there and available, he still wouldn't do our paperwork. No apology no explanation just wouldn't do it. A week later I decided to go back to try and give the place the benefit of the doubt. I tried to mail a FedEx package. The employees seem less than interested in doing their jobs and couldn't be bothered to use basic customer service.
