Contacted Robert Harris (Owner) a week prior to arrival in Yukon, OK. Explained that we would be in Yukon for a week. Needing a bike platform for our 5th wheel that can carry 200 lbs for our E-bikes.
Robert came out on Monday and took measurements of what was needed. Stated that he was going to pick up the materials for our job and would let us know when he would be back. Received a text telling us he would be back on Tuesday at 10am.
At 10:19am on Tuesday, received a text stating he was going to Pass on our job.
Obviously a man's word and handshake don't amount to anything in this companys
