Manny the salesperson in the lot was knowledgeable. Not pushy as at most dealerships. Our vehicle was ready as promised with the van being cleaned, Washed, Tires rotated and a front end alignment. I will definitely return to Jacob's Mitsubishi when I need another car. 5 stars to Manny for his exceptional customer service.

My husband previously bought an SUV here and they were great to work with, so when I needed a used truck we came here.
Big Al and manager Ray were awesome! The truck I wanted had just sold, but they assured me they would do their best to find another that suited me. Within just a couple of days they found what I was looking for. They were very accommodating and professional throughout the process, and I would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Great overall experience! From Rolando in the beginning on the phone to Pavel when I actually got there. Pretty late actually. And then Troy in finance was an overall blast to deal with! Other than moving my pieces from the old truck to the new truck I was maybe there for an hour. 10 stars if I could!

I have to say in all of my years of dealing with car salespersons, I have never been more pleased at the honest and respectful treatment I received at Jacobs Mitsubishi. I got a beautiful car and a fair trade in on my vehicle and so much more! They didn’t try to talk me into something I didn’t want, they worked with me to find the car I wanted and could afford. Everyone was so friendly and professional! I feel like visiting from time to time just to say hi to ALL of the staff. That’s how comfortable they all make you feel! I highly recommend them for a wonderful car and painless, awesome
