This is a gem on the beach. Our family had 3 units and had a blast. Units are clean, and had most everything we needed. They are older, but kept up. You are steps from the beach. There is a pool and laundry. We cooked out almost every night. The steps were a little worrisome with little ones, but overall adaptable. We got a little work out. Lol. Met a lot of super nice people. Melissa was a big help and easy to speak with by text. We would come back if opportunity comes.

We went the weekend of the 16th of April and we had a fabulous time the weather was some what cold but nice and we had a great time hanging out on the patio area listening to the waves!!! The condo itself was very nice the bedroom upstairs was very nice and roomy and the bed was very comfortable!!!
A big shout out to Melissa, we had an issue with the sofa bed and she was kind enough to give us another unit for my sister and her husband to sleep in!!! Thank you Melissa we appreciate all your help and for making our trip fabulous!!! The kitchen area was very equipped and clean you can't go wrong

A wonderful secrete spot, great location. Just open the door and hear the ocean surf. Park directly under your condo. Main floor has a full kitchen, small bar, dinning area for 6. A Queen sized Murphy bed hidden the wall space between the dining area and the living room. Speaking of the living room there is a love seat and full size couch hid-a-bed couple of end tables and a coffee table with a wall mount flat screen TV and a DVD player. In the corner is a large walk-in closet. Next to the entry door is a shower and toilet in the bathroom. Upstairs has two bedrooms. One with a king bed, walk

Clean, nice to be right on the beach, in a quiet spot, nice and helpful staff, though not present on the property as their way of dealing with Covid. While clean, roomy and originally nice unit, they now are in dire need of repair, maintenance and upgrade. Grounds were clean though not much to them. Grills were only charcoal and terribly rusted.

Great little town homes close to the beach grateful views love to be right there when the storms are coming in and have all that beauty. and at the same time there is a beautiful swimming pool that is just right for all of your freshwater swimming needs. the whole neighborhood is fantastic it's close to all the restaurants it's close to the convenience stores and the liquor stores and just love coming here over and over again.

Was visiting relatives who were staying here. Overall was a nice place. It has 2 story townhouses built up on top of a lower floor to protect it from higher water during a storm. The balconies were very small with almost no leg room once you sat down in a chair. There was a nice pool for everyone to use with lounging chairs and a covered area. The buildings seemed to be angled toward the ocean which allowed even the back units to get a nice view of the water. These are older buildings and in need of updating but still nice enough. The a/c worked very well.
