Really frustrating - I spent $220 here in July to have my cracked iPhone screen replaced. Five months later, the screen is barely attached at the top and the top half of the screen won't respond. I had to bring it to an Apple store who said they'd never seen anything like it. I hadn't dropped or anything. I tried calling Recell and they said they couldn't do anything about it unless I brought it back in. I don't live in the area, but wouldn't trust them to touch the phone again if I did. Just go to Apple in the first place, this place doesn't know what they&apos

I’ve unfortunately had a few cracked screens/issues with my phone that needed fixing. A friend of mine recommended Red River Recell, so I checked it out. Quick/efficient service that is done right. Rylan was able to fix my phone after Best Buy said they couldn’t. Major Kudos!

I bricked out my phone, and he had replacement on hand. He worked with me to get the phone's sim card reactivated and functional. All the while my carrier was being a royal pain. While there I saw that he had brand new phone's for a whole lot less than what a regular carrier would charge for the same product as well. In the event I need to buy a newer phone, I think I'll be dealing with him for the phone and then go to my carrier to get it set up. Overall great experience, 10/10 would definitely recommend.

My daughter accidentally broke her screen and the phone became disabled. Hoping for the best we brought it here and they were RIDICULOUSLY fast with the repair, under 2 hours and she has it back up and running. The gentleman that helped us was very professional and courteous. He really went above and beyond. The price was more than fair and I’m thrilled overall with the experience and end result. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking great and depending product. Do not buy from this place save your hard earn money and check out other places. He doesn’t care. He’ll sell you something knowing it is not functioning properly. I refuse to pay him more money for another repair. He wouldn’t even check the laptop to see what was the issue. His focus was the money.
Try > FM sale and used they’ve better quality products and their service is awesome. I took my laptop to them to fixed it rather then giving him another dime.

What a great company! I asked them if they would clean my charging port to see if it worked instead of having to completely replace it. When I called they said they would if I just bought a screen protector or something small. When I went in to their store they did it completely for free and were very friendly. Will definitely come back.

I never expected to get strait up hustled be what appears to be a legitimate business. I came to this place in need of help selling a device. After partially destroying it which made it useless to me, the clerk changed the amount of the deal in his favor. Its is clear that the clerk knew that I would have no recourse and took advantage. I got 100 dollars for my i phone 11 near new in the box! Avoid this place! Danger! You have been warned!
