I found this cleaners via Yelp, and thankfully live less than 5 minutes away. I've gone in twice because of laundry mishaps. There were two pieces that were too far damaged but they promised they'd try their best, but if the stains did come out then they wouldn't charge me. They were honest and completely upfront and I really appreciate that kind of customer service. This PLACE IS AMAZING. I had to bring in MY ENTIRE WARDROBE because I had apartment problems and was moving. Previously I had given up on LA dry cleaners. Either I wasn't impressed with their work or they shrunk or ruined my garments. (I'm a vintage girl). My stuff came out looking better than ever at Ritz and more importantly they actually care! A friend of mine recommended this place to me and from now on it's my only go to for dry cleaning in LA. Thanks Raj and Dylan and everyone else!!! -D

I adore this family-run business. Everyone is friendly, prices are reasonable, and they also provide returnable/reusable garment bags for dry-cleaning if you hate all that single-use plastic wrap like I do. They did a super job with my wedding dress, and ever since I've gone here for all cleaning, alterations, and repairs. Never been disappointed.

I went here for years at least once every week or two before moving from the area a couple years ago. High quality and efficient work. Clothes always done on time and never once had a problem with the quality. In fact, after I moved to studio city I couldn't find anywhere that measured up so just drove 20 miles or so to Ritz every other weekend--easily worth the drive. My friend comes from a family who owned a dry cleaners and says this is the best he's ever seen. Raj runs the place like a well-oiled machine and is a true professional.

Raj is AMAZING! He operates the cleaners in our community with the help of his two wonderful children: a daughter + son who are kind and I am not exaggerating sweet humans. I started coming to Raj after Sun whom I loved had her cleaners on Beverly taken away by the building owner. It was heartbreak and devasting. Just got several pieces of clothing back from Ritz' seamstress. They really do an incredible job. They replaced a zipper for my khaki pants, sewed a delicate sleeve that broke off my tunic- they even added fringes to the bottom of the tunic where old ones had fallen off, out of generosity. And they hemmed and sewed some detailed things. I am super impressed at the quality.
Also!! More notably, they got out a really tough fruit stain in my corduroy jacket that I was pretty sure wouldn't be removed after having tried so many times myself. These guys are really talented at what they do

There are several cleaners within 5 minutes of my home. After being repeatedly disappointed by the quality of their work I happily I drive 30 minutes each way to use Ritz Cleaners. Ritz has done a consistently excellent job cleaning and tailoring my clothing for may years now and has become the only place I trust with my clothing.

I tried this place because the reviews were better than the other dry cleaners in my neighborhood, and I am SO glad that I tried this place. For only $24 the tailor did a fantastic job. In fact they did a better job than I could imagine. I purposely bought a 36 x 34 when I usually wear a 36×30 pants because I wanted to add cuffs to the suit pants. And I am so glad to say that the tailor finished in 24 hours at a great price and now my Ralph Lauren suit pant looks even classier! Would highly recommend for men's suiting needs.

I absolutely lovvvvvvvvvveeeeeeee this cleaners! Are they pricey? Yes! But are they good at what they do? Absolutely! Plus, they always go over and above.
It wasn't until I put on a dress that I had recently got cleaned at Ritz, that I noticed how even more wonderful they are. I had lost a button a long time ago on one of the sleeves, and I usually just pin it due to forgetting to replace it. Well, I went to pin it and didn't have to. They not only replaced the button but with a perfect matching button...and no extra charge!!!

This review is long overdue. I originally met Raj (the owner) when a fountain pen leaked black ink on a very expensive men's suit. Raj worked on it personally. It took him some time, but eventually the suit looked brand new. Ritz does an amazing job. Their prices may be a bit higher, but well worth the quality of service. Unfortunately I've moved out of the area so I can no longer use them.

I had a very delicate expensive sari that had lotion on it. Ritz cleaners reassured me that they could clean it without damaging the gold work. These folks are sure experts. I am extremely happy with the results. They are super professional and they worked quickly and carefully. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone and everyone. I will take all my fine materials (and anything else that needs dry cleaning) here.

So I'm a huge streetwear fan. I buy lots of used clothing.
Raj and his team are amazing. They take the used-clothing smell right out of the clothes I bring them. I had two pants altered here (so far) and their care and craftsmanship are outstanding. I've spent loads of money at high-end tailors and still have not had this quality of service. BRAVO.
They have the best customer service and quality. Don't skimp or trust your loved clothes elsewhere- Ritz Drive-thru is the way to go :D

Raj, Tinny, Nikita and the ENTIRE crew at Ritz Cleaners on Larchmont are THE best!! They are so HUMAN...not so 'about the next customer' and dollars...don't get me wrong...they DO THE BEST WORK in town and deserve every dime they charge...but they do it with HEART!!! They ENGAGE...they are respectful...polite...caring and honest! I've been going there for years and years...and its the same thing all the time...Soul Awesome People...more businesses should follow how they do WHAT they do....

RITZ is AMAZING!
i am a costume designer and had been working on a commission piece. part of the costume had a large fan disk that had interfacing & required an industrial heat beyond my iron. i had a fitting in 3 hours and driving to dtla was not convenient. i called ritz to see "if maybe" they would do a special request & favor. i spoke to raj, the manager, and he was pleasant and said, we can try.
he went beyond and over & led to me to his best pressing operator who carefully pressed this crazy disk with a diameter of 42".
ritz SAVED my day!
