I've made fewer complaints than I can count on one hand, so this is atypical for me. I called Fleming after reading their website, seeing that they were IIRC Certified, Locally-owned, and they had a $97, two-room coupon. I called, spoke with "E", she thanked me for mentioning the online coupon and scheduled the appointment for next day, 1:30PM. I was more than pleased. I mentioned that I'd read of companies quoting one price then increasing or "upselling" once they were onsite. I said I hope they weren't one of those. She chuckled and we left it at that. I come from a lifetime of maintenance experience

They charged way more than originally quoted and did poor job. The owner sent a letter stating I would be sued for leaving a bad review, hence I removed it. It a constitution right to express my opinion on their services, hence, I put it back up. A review does not constitute harrassment. I would recommend using better carpet cleaners, these guys are not good!
