Planned to book a stay here in the Ozarks with a small group of friends. Was first told we didn't meet age restrictions (we're all over the age of 21) so they declined us. once we were told you had to be 26+ my brother and his girlfriend who are also coming (meeting the age restriction) tried to book and was declined again. After calling and talking to DONNA because we were confused as to why we were denied yet again. She was very rude over the phone and told us to start looking for a different place to stay. She couldn't give us an answer as to why we weren't allowed to book

We rented a condo for our family to enjoy a nice weekend. When we went to use the dishwasher, we saw that it was broken. We called property management and they gave us a few tips but it didn’t fix the issue. They then said no maintenance could come over the weekend so we were stuck hand washing a lot of dishes. When we asked for a discount for our inconvenience, we were firmly told no and that a dishwasher was a “luxury item” by Donna. Why would we pay luxury prices if we weren’t receiving luxury features? We are extremely frustrated as we paid a higher price for this condo and would not

My family and I just left Parkview Bay condo 611. (6/30/14-7/5/14 We would never go back, nor would we deal with 6 Star Management again. Management company rude. threatening, and downright unhelpful. Dishwasher did not work, loaded with soap, still did not work even after cleaned out. Ice maker produces ice, but most cases does not dispense ice, dryer did not work, no cable in two bedrooms (although owner prides itself on state of the art electronics) no directions for surround sound so main TV comes on so blaringly loud. (contrary to 6 Star management, turning volume down does nothing to solve
