Vicky Woodruff is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Maryland. Ms. Woodruff has experience working with most mental health diagnoses. With diverse experience in mental health, Ms. Woodruff specializes in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and major life transitions. With every patient she takes a strength based approach utilizing positive psychology.
Ms. Woodruff has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, among other modalities. She looks forward to working with you. My name is Vicky Woodruff and I was born and raised in Baltimore County. I studied at Towson University for undergraduate. I went on to work for the Mental Health Association of Maryland, a non-profit, that engages in a variety of issues regarding mental health consumers. After this I decided to pursue a master's degree in social work.
Telehealth is an effective way to engage with clients that are unable to come to the office. We utilize a HIPAA compliant platform, Doxy.me to provide you with a quality experience. Clients can utilize computers, tablets, and phones. Just as in person I will work to foster a therapeutic relationship and develop a treatment plan that is right for you.
If you will be using Out of Network benefits please contact your insurance company to inquire about potential reimbursement rates. Fill out the in-take packet. Fill out the forms to the best of your ability. You can fax the forms ahead of time (443) 873-0613, email the attached forms, or bring them with you to your appointment.

As an attorney, I often refer clients out for counseling and therapy services. I am grateful to be able to refer clients to Vicky Woodruff. She is supportive and attentive.
