Time is money and this company got me sitting and waiting for them over 12hours just to replace a windshield. When I call them multiple times, to get ETA they ignore my call without return call. Life is simple don’t waste my time and ignore me in process. The F up

They got my window fixed very quickly and at the best possible price after we had our window smashed out on Father's Day. Excellent work and came to me as well. That's the most convenient part: he came to my job and fixed it for me. Definitely recommend and will use always.

Don't waste your time. 3 days of no call no show. Excuses are all they have to offer.

He came to my home let us know he was here and went right to work! Took him less than an hour drove so far from his shop to help me! He was so amazing! I'm so amazed how fast he was. He was very professional gave us a run down on do's and don't and left! I highly recommended having him come to you or go to him! Definitely will let my family know about his great work when they need fixing!

We had to have our windshield replace. while it was done in a timely manner, the person working the job damaged the inside of the vehicle. We attempted, multiple times to have the owner come out and look at the damage and receiced nothing but the run around. I would highly suggest not using them. As owner is unable to deal with issues. The owner said he would be out one day and then didn't show up or even call that he would not be able to make it. very Poor customer service.

I have had to use their service twice in one week. We originally called them to fix my daughters windshield with the previous big storm that we had. I called I checked around a few other places just to see what a cost was going to be and no where else could beat the price of A&L Auto Glass LLC!! then that following Saturday my car got broken into at the race track over in Illinois and they've shattered my passenger window. Didn't even hesitate on who I was calling. Very professional, humble, kind men that fixed two vehicles in one week. Thank you guys!!

A&L kept in contact with me from my first phone call to them, until the job was finished. They went above and beyond my expectations by stopping their work and informing me when they found a serious rust issue. They acted genuinely concerned about the issue and offered to do as much as they could tof fix it. They were very quick with the install, and my new windshield looks terrific. I would and will definitely be referring my friends and clients to them
