Emerald Coast has been our termite service from years. Melissa is great with questions and scheduling, just delightful. I really do feel like I can call with any questions any time. Chris V. was our service person yesterday and he could not have been more professional and helpful. Believe me, you need people like those in the company to help you fight bugs in our wet and humid coastal area!

Both Melissa & Chris were helpful, friendly, and professional. As renters we have to jump through a few hoops with the lanlord. Melissa made the whole process simple and handled the majority of the back and forth. While all the time considering our personal schedules and being flexible to fit our needs.
Chris was punctual and very thorough in our inspection . It was like having a life long friend in our home. An absolute delight.

We have had our home inspected inside and out for the last four years by Emerald Coast Pest Control. Each year we have received a termite renewal notice, call the office and the lady has always been polite and scheduled an appointment within a week. Every one of their service people are professional, knowledgeable, and provide us with a detailed report with recommendations on what needs to be addressed outside. We highly recommend Emerald Coast Pest Control.
