Lauren is our dedicated office manager, she is in the office part-time but you will always find her working no matter where she is. She has done a little bit of everything but found her home here with Metcalf Plumbing, working alongside her dad. She grew up in Arbutus but now lives in Frederick with her husband, daughter, and dogs.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the park and spending time with her family. Nikki is the newest addition to our team. She works part-time and is actively learning more about the plumbing industry. She is a full-time student at University of Maryland Global Campus, pursuing her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources.

Mike was on time and listened to my description of the drain problem and then explained how how he would use two different machines to fix the drain issues.
He was polite and professional, left no mess even with the usual drain debris.
Price for the work was good, better than other estimates and Mike/Metcalf will be my choice for any future plumbing needs. Well done.

Chris and Allen were very respectful and professional while in my home and while installing my new gas range. I would definitely use Metcalf again. A third service technician came to my home the next day for another concern. Although I didn’t get his name, he was wonderful and went above and beyond. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that was done. All of the technicians cleaned up completely when done. Metcalf was wonderful!!!!
