Yes, my basement is dry but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this company. Handled our firearms and ammo without our permission, took way too long to finish the job, and worst of all the drywall looks like it was done by a toddler. Now, won’t respond to any messages to fix their terrible work. Do not choose this company if at all possible.

Have had nothing but great experiences working with and for the company. Its locally owned and operated and has been for more than two decades. The owner Kelly Chandler, is an honest and integrity filled man. He's is knowledgeably unsurpassed by any other competitor in the industry and won't lie to you nor try and swindle you for money like other company's. Nor will he try and swipe the rug right from under you without you noticing like any "Ram headed" fool from another business. If you want quality and honest work, this is the company you should consider.

Do not use this company. They are quick to take your money and do the work but when the rubber meets the road they do not honor their warranty. We have had nothing but issues since having the system installed over two years ago. The first time we had an issue they came out and fixed a few things and blamed it on a previous worker. Since then we have had issues constantly and ever time we call they say someone will be in touch but it never happens. I paid to have the entire basement finished after having the system installed which is completely ruined now after constantly having unresolved water

TSBW was very affordable, the owner was friendly and honest, he was quite informative and helped me understand where my leak was coming from and why. He was quick to offer several solutions that would remedy the issue and focused only on the areas that were in need of repair so that my bill was affordable and the dry areas weren't needlessly repaired. I would like to share some news. During most of 2019 I was not able to run our business. We hired an individual named Rick Bogacki to run our business while I was in available for medical reasons. My husband and I hired tristate to waterproof our basement. The original guy that came and gave our quote seemed very knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. It then took them 4 months to complete what we were told would be a two day job. My basement and yard sat jack hammered up but unfinished during this whole four month debacle.They would constantly make appointments and then not show up. They never called us to let us know they couldn't make it for whatever reason we always had to be the ones to hunt them down. I had several estimates from other companies, and they all seemed to over sale their products, and insist that I make a decision while they were there. Kelly was fantastic and explained the process from beginning to end. He educated me on why my basement was leaking and how to fix it for good. He wasnt pushy at all. Upon the day of the work, the crew was on time, well mannered and treated our home like it was their own. We've had some huge rains since then, and our basement is dry as a bone! Oh, and that nasty basement smell is gone!! I highly recommend Tri-State Besement Waterproofing.

ZERO stars would reflect better how this company treats clients and their quality of work. The customer service is some of the WORST I have ever encountered! Kelly Chandler is condescending and I would never allow him into my home again! The work that they did was unfinished and when asked why they wouldn't fill back in the foundation that was dug up I was told that 'It makes sense to us.' I would RUN the other way and get ANYBODY else to do any work related to basement leakage rather than go to Tri State Basement Waterproofing (WHAT A JOKE)!!
