Everyone at this company helped me tremendously!! I spoke with Julian on a Saturday afternoon, and he provided an aide for my husband that night, when other companies told me it wasn't possible to get someone. The aides are caring and take their responsibilities very seriously They text and call me with updates and any changes. Love this company!! Thrilled I found them.

Hi used Lux senior care because of a recommendation from palm beach gardens medical center. The hospital informed me that there are was a 1700.00 per month pension offered to Veterans of war time and that some home care providers could explain the details . We called Lux and were happy they took the time to explain. 2 other companies weren't as thorough. Hired them to care for my parents and very pleased with services !!

It was a little sad because they emailed me saying they needed immediate caregivers but when I applied and asked for a case and i told them I could only do weekends she said “that’s it”. I guess I’m sorry I’m a student and can only do weekends. They seemed nice in person But over the phone it was terrible communication. I didn’t feel comfortable anymore. I like to have correct information disclosed to me and thats’s why I ask questions. And if the answer isn’t known I would have loved to just be informed that the answer isn’t known. Absolutely wonderful caregivers. I had an aide from Lux Senior Care come into my home to care for my 97yr old grandmother after using several other private companies. Lux had the perfect caregiver that was very experienced and knowledgeable as well as reasonable rates and flexible hours that was able to work with my fluctuating schedule. Thank You!

Awesome Staff! After going through 2 other providers I had the opportunity to have Lux Senior Care provide care for a loved one of mine. Compared to other companies that we tried, the difference between care provided was like night and day. Their caregivers were compassionate, engaging and attentive. I will definitely recommend them in the future!
