Established in the Las Vegas, NV in 2013, Ivy Laser Salon provides comprehensive Laser hair removal, Laser cosmetics, Microblading, Brow, Lash, and skin care solutions to men and women. Our mission is to provide safe and effective services by utilizing the leading equipment and methods in the industry.
Shape brows using the traditional method of hair removal, which twists cotton thread to gently. Scalp Micropigmentation is a method of tattooing which simulates follicles resulting in a thicker, more youthful looking head of hair. Unwanted body hair is not only unattractive and annoying, but it also consumes valuable time and.
Industry guidelines recommended an average of 6-8 treatments per area for best results. Although this is a reliable average for most of our clients, individual results will vary according to hormones, hair cycle, medical conditions, medications and dietary supplements. Some of our clients fall asleep during treatments, while others experience minor discomfort.
Unwanted body hair is not only unattractive and annoying, but it also consumes valuable time and money which could be better spent elsewhere. The endless cycle of shaving leading to razor burn, razor burn leading to stubble, and stubble leading right back to more shaving has got to end eventually. I have been going here for over a year and never had any issues up until now. I got an underarm laser hair removal service done. I paid and immediately checked with my bank to make sure it was the correct amount I paid (since I opt out of getting receipts), which it was. I then happen to check my account a day later to find I was charged double the amount. I called and left a message with no response. I then decide to physically go up to the store on a Saturday at almost 11am for the doors to be locked which I later find out it is due to maintenance even though no signage was posted on the door

I love the consistency with laser salon. It is every month to the day and if needed to reschedule they answer efficiently and are always glad to help. Only thing is that every time I get laser not all the areas are covered. The job always seems rushed. The hair starts growing out like a checkerboard since not all areas were targeted and it leaves me uneasy. The customer service is what keeps me going back.

I am writing this review to highlight Vanessa's work. I have had several laser treatments done with her and I have to applaud her. She does a great job at making sure you feel safe and comfortable. She's attentive to detail and great at encompassing the entire area being worked on. I've seen great results and have now moved on to treat other areas as well.
The salon as a whole is clean and takes adequate COVID-19 prevention measures. The staff is kind and always willing to help. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Wanted to try a new place since I was in the area, the location is in a good area and the parking lot is a good size. The ladies here are very helpful and you definitely can tell they're good at their jobs. They have many services; laser hair removal, brows, scalp treatment. I came for microblading and I love it! Was told it would take 8-12 sessions to have my back and arm hair removed. Met that time limit and since COVID -19 haven’t been able to go and all my back hair returned. Around 80% of my arm hair returned as well. I wouldn’t waste my money. They either have the laser setting so low to make you keep returning or turned down to save money on running it based on what other laser salons I spoke to stated. Extreme waste of time and money

I Agreed for a phone consultation , Appointment was made.... I waited, no one called!!!!! Wasted my time. You guys in this salon should pay me for my wasted time because if a customer does that to you then you will charge customers for not showing up! Casey, the receptionist promised me that if i schedule my consultation Friday, then next Monday she would surely schedule me

When I was finally able to get back in, (you know, the city finally re-opened), Neena was super accommodating and it was like no time had been lost!
If you're looking for microblading, look no further.
The staff is amazing, will answer any and all questions, and the facility is super clean!

The salon is professionally run from the first call in straight through the finished work. The receptionist is welcoming and professional whether on the phone or in person and the entire salon is kept to meticulously clean and sanitary standards.
Ani is a skilled artist who takes what she does very seriously with a clear goal of making her clients happy in all areas. She is a wonderful communicator which includes her ability to listen and incorporate a clients vision into her work.

Rule number one; show up to your appointment on time... rule number two; don't trash a potential client's previous work. Perhaps you can work on being a little more enviting... smile... maybe greet your clients... don't sit there, like you're better than someone else. You explain the process for removing existing work and the process afterwards, which I was good with. But then you suddenly change your mind and redirect me to someone else who can achieve the look I want - lol.

Ani is the best! I recently had my eyebrows microbladed and I am so happy with the result! Ani is so kind, helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. I got my eye brows micro-bladed here about 2 years ago to fill in a scar on one of my eyebrows and even them out. I asked to follow my natural hair line. They didn't draw them on first so I could see before they started. So when it was done I saw how uneven and unnatural they looked to me. I reached out shortly after to ask if I could come in and go over what I felt was the issue and see if there was some way to fix them and I was pretty much just blown off. I paid for 2 treatments upfront which was around 600$. And now 2 years later I still have eyebrows that I don't like because

I love my new brows! My brows were so thin and shapeless and now they're perfect! Waking up every day with AMAZING brows, is the best thing EVER! They are fuller, symmetrical, and look so real, her attention to detail is outstanding.

Updating my review because I'm super bummed with the new laser tech now that Sammi left. I have been seeing Sammi for about two years, and before that I was doing laser for years as well.

Ivy Laser Salon has made me feel good again! My first microbladding session was a couple of years ago, and I went again this month to get my eyebrows retouched. My eyebrows both times look very natural, and I get compliments all of the time! The staff is courteous, accommodating, and very knowledgeable.

EYEBROWS ARE SO IMPORTANT. Why else would people coin the phrase "eyebrows on fleek," if they weren't important??? That being said, you can't just trust any schmo to microblade your brows. So, I searched long and hard, far and wide, and finally found Ani! I obviously stalked her insta for MONTHS before I got the nerve to make an appointment; and I have to say that I was not disappointed.

Very clean & positive environment!
Started lasering almost my whole body a few months back and saw amazing results. I'm very pale, and have dark hair, so I was told I'd be a perfect canidate. The results have been better than I could have imagined. It's the best thing I've treated myself to!

6 Brazilian laser treatments later and I am a very happy camper! As I mentioned in my earlier review, Ivy is clean, beautiful, and every employee is friendly and professional. My technician, Sammi, has been wonderful. Even though on a few treatments, I had a histamine reaction, causing some bumps and irritation for a few days, she was able to effectively discuss it with me and give some suggestions on how to deal with it.
The laser process itself was never painful, just a few hot spots here and there. Waxing hurts much more!
The result- amazing! While not 100% hair free, the area is very smooth

20 years ago, the majority of my eyebrows were waxed off & they never grew back! I recently heard of this very new procedure, MICROBLADING. I contacted Ani and she explained the procedure very simply. I was so excited about not having to draw my brows on again, she was able to get me in within a few days (staying after hours)! After the initial session and the enhancement session, my eyebrows are absolutely perfect!
I cannot thank Ani enough! Her knowledge & professionalism was beyond my expectations.
