In 1994, owner Al Mauceri began his career in insurance with Nationwide as a Claims Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the next seven years, Al rose to various management positions until he was promoted to National Claims Director in Columbus, Ohio. At the time, Al was one of the youngest National Claims Directors in the entire industry.

We have had all of our insurance policies with Mauceri-Bynum for 23+ years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful on staying on top of informing us of any competitive prices with different insurance companies each year. But I need to say that during this last Winter Storm, Al and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty when the insurance company was trying to get out of paying our claim on damages to our house. One phone call to Al and he took over and went straight to the top of the company and got our claimed covered in full! We could not be happier with Al and his Staff!! You

Great working the people at Mauceri Bynum. They were very responsive and helped me switch to a new insurance carrier for home and auto. As a result, I am saving several thousand dollars. Since then, I have had several questions which they answered quickly and were able to point me in the right direction.

I have used Bynum insurance for the past few years and always been happy with the customer service.
It wasn’t until recently when I filed a claim. I realize the importance of having a well respected company like Mauceri Bynum. Al Bynum the owner personally was there to help with any questions.

I can't say enough nice things about Mauceri Bynum Insurance. I have all of my insurance policies with them. They just notified me of a substantial reduction in my auto insurance policy, which they automatically review to ensure that I'm getting the best deal. The staff is top-notch and always a pleasure to work with. Value and great customer service. I couldn't ask for more.

We appreciate the hands-on approach Mauceri Bynum Insurance takes to servicing our needs for both home and auto insurance. Complimentary yearly reviews are included, to ensure we are receiving the best value for our money. This is especially important in Texas, where the regulations can be tough to navigate.
The owner also comes from a national claims department, which was recently invaluable to us as we had difficulty completing a claim with a third party claims management company. MB insurance Has an intimate knowledge of the process and we would have had the opposite results had we not had
