Our goal at Platinum Detailing is to put you, the customer, first in everything we do. I'm Jason Massey; my wife Jessica and I are long-time residents of Redding and chose this community as a place to raise our three children and to create a business that we felt could fill a real need. After spending 15 years in the auto body business, I felt it was time to branch out on my own.
From a quick wash and wax to full interior and exterior detailing, we can do it. We specialize in buffing, polishing, waxing, headlight restoration, paint touch-up, carpet and upholstery cleaning and odor removal. I can't believe my 11 year old Outback looks BRAND NEW again. My husband purchased a gift certificate for my birthday, I picked up my car yesterday and I am overjoyed with it, better than buying a new car! My cream leather seats look cleaner than when I bought it from the dealership, the carpets (which I never thought all the dog hair could be removed from) are so fresh and the cargo liner in the trunk is so shiny, I can't believe it. Thank you so much for all your hardwork on my vehicle. It looks fantastic!

Amazing job on my 8 year old car feels like new now. Jason and his crew were respectful and professional. The interior was extremely dull (I'm guess from our fine Redding heat) and Jason had all the leather and Capet looking brand new. He also corrected some of the bigger scratches and cracks in the paint with custom paint that matched the car so well you can't even find it. The wax and chrome polish was so good my sister thought I had gotten a new car.

I had my Truck and Boat detailed by these guys, wow, is all i can say. i used my truck for work and had a lot of dog hair and stains i thought were in there for good. when i got my truck back i didn't recognize it. i was so impressed that i wanted them to do my boat as well. same thing, my boat had water spots all over it and nasty moss/lake build up on it from being parked at the marina. these guys met me at there shop at 6 in the morning to accommodate my work schedule and even gave me a ride. im not the type to leave a review, but, man these guys did an excellent job.

We brought in a 2011 Toyota Rav4 that had a lot of road wear in the paint; lots of chips and spots from bugs that impregnated the paint. The polish work that Jason performed made it look terrific. I had cleaned the inside before I brought it in thinking they couldn't improve it much, I was very wrong there! Even the Toyota service tech commented on how good it looked when I brought it in for maintenance. I'd highly recommend Platinum Detailing to anyone wanting to make there car look great, I couldn't be happier with the results.

Took weeks and weeks to get my car in. They missed obvious spots I had to clean myself when I got the car home. I had an organizer between the seats which they removed, but did not replace. It's not easy to install. I thought they would have a way to dry out the shampooing before we picked it up, but everything was very wet and it took two days to get it dried out.

Terrible job detailing the interior of my car. I had to take it back a second time and show them everything they missed and they still missed some of the same spots. I am talking about things that could have been easily wiped down. After all of that I had two gift cards missing out of my car. Disappointed to say the least!

Jason detailed my white lexus and it was a job very well done. The car looked brand new inside and out! The rates were also super low. He came in on a Saturday to do my car and it took him 6 hours - he worked slowly and meticulously.

OMG! Two vehicles detailed, meticulously, by Jasons! An old Ford Ranger was oxidized and disgusting. After Platinum Detail was finished, it looks like a new vehicle~ inside & out!! Called Jason on Monday had me in on Tuesday. Excellent customer service and great work on my car. Car looked so amazing when he was all done. Price was more than fair I felt as if I was stealing from him. Would recommend to everyone I know because of the professionalism and the work. If you want your car done right this is the place to go.

Great place to get your car detailed. I took my Camery in last Saturday and it looks brand new on the inside. I was pretty impressed on how well it turned out. I dropped my car of first thing in the morning and it was ready by early afternoon. The prices are reasonable especially for the superior service. I had a few food stains on the carpet and seats and now there isn't a trace of them. If you're trying to find a place to get your car detailed this is a great place, I will definitely be bringing my car back to help maintain the brand new look it has again.
