A little over a year ago we purchased a new Kawasaki PRO-FXT-
from Hill Country Ford in Goldthwaite, Tx, The Kawasaki has been hard to start and has run rough since we purchased it. We have never owned this type of vehicle and therefore, were not aware that this was not the normal level of operation. Because of the aggravation of the level of operation, we had only driven the vehicle for 16 hours when we took it to Hill County for a vehicle recall for a problem unrelated to the poor performance. While checking in to the service department we mentioned the rough performance.
