I've always had good experiences in the past yet my Last experience has not left me with me with the best feeling I've ever had. Part of the problem is I spoke with one person on Monday 1 person on Tuesday and neither 1 of them left notes or comments in the computer so neither 1 of them knew what was going on.. I went in there to find out about what was causing my car to sputter and what their thoughts were on my front end alignment issues I was originally being told I had some problem with the struts..

I had a truck lift kit installed at another shop and they apparently left the entire front steering loose causing tie rod and drag link damage. I dropped it off about 8am and got a call in a hour or so with the quote to fix it right. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly . He called me about 2pm and said it was fixed. The truck steers like a new one now and I could not be happier. I only wish Quality Tire Pros had installed the lift kit in the first place. I highly recommend your shop and will recommend it to all my friends and family.

My bmw break lights came on so I came in to get an inspection. The mechanic gave me a quote of over $1100 for front and rear breaks, sensors, and rotors. I recently drove here from Arizona but had the car examined prior to coming here. While it may be reasonable to change breaks and sensors, I was convinced that the rotors should not need to be changed as they were recently changed. The mechanic insisted that breaks and rotors are worn out. I went to another mechanic to have it examined. They informed me the breaks are relatively new and my last mechanic simply forgot to reset the sensor. I called

These guys are brilliant! I had low tire pressure and a nail in one of the tires as I was headed out on a 6 stAte road trip solo and was directed to Quality Tire Pros by my son'... they could easily have taken advantage of me and charged me for a repair but instead showed me the 2 inch nail and told me how lucky I was that it hadn't actually penetrated the tire! They checked the pressure in all my tires, including the spare! - and sent me on my way without even charging me for their time!

I noticed my passenger tire had been getting repetitively flat every couple of weeks after I filled it with air, so I knew there was a leak somewhere. Today I came to have them take a look and hoping they could patch it. I was done in less than 30 mins which was great because I had to go to class at UTC. Thanks quality tire for finding the 2 nails and making me safe on the road again. Great professional service and timely turnover :)

My 10 year old car broke down and it seemed to be the head gasket. I received plenty of advice from mechanic types and was looking around to see if I could get it fixed, versus just buying a new car.
I called and spoke with the owner who was kind and offered me his opinion and said they would take a look at it. I ended up not taking my car there, but the customer service I received when I called was amazing. When my car wasn't there for them to look at on Monday, I even received a follow up call asking if everything was okay.
I was referred here by several people. I will definitely go there

My husband and I were traveling from MI to FL for a vacation only to find ourselves with a tire that wouldn't hold air....while in TN!!! Quality Tire Pro got us in right away, let us bring our dogs into the waiting room with us and fixed us up in less than 30 mins!! We cold called them and they treated us like we were already a return customer. If you are ever in the area these guys will treat you right.

Glad to get some alarms cleared on a 2016 CR-V and an oil change and rotation on a 2005 Civic before both do some holiday traveling.
Discussed new tires on the former...don't spend for this yet, I was advised... and some work an older minivan needs soon. I trust both the work and the advice I get here. That's saying a lot.
Also, enjoyed meeting and talking with Jed Mescon in the waiting area...quite the good fellow and asset to the community! Never met him before, but each of my four grown children benefited from his excellent emceeing of events they were in while taking classes at

Whenever I hunt up prices for tires, these guys seem to have the best prices and I would trust them with anything tire-related. I went here for years to have my oil changes so they could also rotate the tires, which they do for free if you get your tires here. But once my car got old enough to need more repairs, they really struggled to actually fix my problems and I ended up paying out quite a lot of money in the process. I like these guys, but they had a "let's try this $400 fix and see what happens" approach and when that happens about three times in a row, you end up going someplace

My 18yr old daughter is attending UT Chattanooga and had a flat tire. We needed to replace her tires and looked for places to have this done. I like supporting local businesses and anyone with a picture of a dog in their ads can't be all bad :) so I gave them a try.
