I had my 2016 Jeep patriot repaired. I had an accident in July. The guys that worked on it did a wonderful job. The owners kept me informed about the progress as xwas had to get parts. After I received my Jerp back I notice my horn was not working and they were able to get it fixed right away.

Dianne was wonderful and very easy to deal with. They got the estimate done very quickly and worked with the insurance to get a decision on my truck very quickly. It was later determined to be totalled. They were very good about getting back to me and let us come get our personal belongings. Thanks again to the employees in the office and also in the shop. We have USAA for insurance and Superior is an approved body shop. They have fixed 3 different cars for us. A rare 2005 Subaru that ran through a deer, a 2017 Focus that was clipped in the rear end, and a 2012 Suburban that was also clipped in the rear end. All of the vehicles came out looking brand new. They did a great job on the details and making sure everything was done with professionalism and great detail. When there were issues with parts or back orders, they called immediately to inform us and let us know an estimated time of delivery and replacement. They were on top of their game and

I was in an accident that my insurance did not cover, I went with the cheapest bid. unfortunately i should never have done this. It took 3 weeks to repair my front end damage and now my car is falling apart. I have had to take it to another repair shop just to repair what Superior Auto has repaired. It is getting very expensive, I have had my door damaged, because it wont open, I have had to take it to get the airbags hooked up, I have had to take it to another auto body to get the damage done to my front end (the repaired fender, spoiler, and the thingamabobs that hold the front end together are

Came down my street going home a huge superior truck was parked right in the middle of the road. There was a lot of room to pull off but he parked in the middle. When we pulled up he didn't acknowledge us and we had to turn around. He was talking to man and laughing so definity not in the middle of a job. Looked like he was at a buddies house. Rude and unprofessional. I'd never use a company like this.

Horrible service.....worst disaster ever....my family and I were going on a camping trip our RV broke down. I used my roadside assistance from my insurance company...the insurance company sent out a tow truck at 1:45pm.....it was 92 degrees we were outside of Stanford Montana. We all waited in the 92 degree I made multiple calls to my insurance company they were desperatly trying to find out where Superior was after 5 call they said Superior was 15 minutes out..this was at 5:00 pm, 3 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES to drive 62 miles which was on my gps. Finally when i went to put the keys in the ignition

I had a missed call on my phone, no message so I looked up the number and it was Superior Auto Body. My husband had taken our car to work but I was concerned something had happened maybe so I called the number back hitting redial. I informed the person I had a missed call but no message and was calling to see if something had happened with our car or if this was just a wrong number call. She rudely asked who I was, twice, then began asking someone there with her if anyone had called my number, understandable. Went here to get my vehicle fixed, they ordered parts said they would let me know when the parts came in,after. And a half weeks I called them and they had, had the parts and didn't notify me, when I got my car in they said it would be at 5 day project, it's been almost a week and I,still don't have a vehicle, if you call and they say they will call you back don't hold your breath because they have failed to return 4 of my phone calls!!! If you need you vehicle done in a timely manner and expect your car back by the deadline you were told do not take your vehicle here!

I went to Superior Auto Body to get an estimate on painting my truck. The owner seemed friendly and told me he would paint the hood and right front quarter panel of my truck. He said there would be a lifetime warranty on the paint. He said he could do it for $500. This seemed like a fair deal to me. We shook hands on it.
