I was informed that my insurance company was not renewing my insurance due to changes in their policy. I immediately contacted Tsuneishi, and got the run-around after several weeks of phone tag with no return calls from my agent (Yoko), who would only email me. This got frustrating and to this day Yoko will not return my calls. I gave up and started looking for new insurance on my own. I will not be using this company again and do not recommend them at all.

Nice but incompetent. And when you require insurance you would rather have competent.
Our existing agent here was charging us 4 times for what we needed so we decided to go elsewhere. We got a great deal and switched and told them on the phone over two months before our next premium was due we would be leaving. We would be getting money back too for the unused portion of the premium.
Rather than accept the verbal and email cancellation-I had to fill out forms and return them that day which I did and I have record. However, the company never sent our refund and continues to send bills and late

Based on the reviews I think this place is changing and slowly going down. Called in to get some basic things done and both times receptionist was rude. They had the feeling of we are busy and the person who handles that is out. Explained that these things needed to be done quickly and mid sentence the receptionist said I have another caller bye. I wouldn't trust my business with this company.

Gosh I hate writing bad reviews but this one earns 0 stars if that was possible.
My parents had group insurance with them and they have decided to shut down the company and move back to Japan. Before moving, they have called the Tsuneishi insurance company and realized that the person who was in charge Ms. Mamiko was no longer with the company so she left a message with someone else to cancel the group insurance. At the time there was no one in charge of the group insurance, therefore the cancellation was forgotten and just swept under the rug.
After a month or so I get a piece of mail from

We have been with Tsuneishi Insurance for over 20 years. They handle our personal and business insurance policies. Their customer service is outstanding: always very responsive to our questions and have consistently "gone the extra mile" to make sure that everything is correct. Everyone we have worked with has been excellent - and just recently, Ayako Tun was particularly helpful when straightening out a situation with Bank of America. We highly recommend them!

I recently graduated from college and was looking around for health and dental insurance when I noticed the Tsuneishi Insurance Agency right across from my neighborhood Starbucks (so convenient!). I walked over and spoke with Mamiko. She was very helpful and found a plan with more than enough coverage for myself and within my budget.
I highly recommend Mamiko and the Tsuneishi Insurance Agency. The staff is friendly, the office is very welcoming, the purple bear logo's pretty cute and hand sanitizer is a nice little gift :)

I've been using Tsuneishi insurance company for a while now and i'm completely happy with them. Just like what the rest of the reviews state, they are great.
Ask for Linda. She's nice/friendly and very responsive to your needs.
