At Center for Transformational Psychotherapy we are committed to the real possibility of happiness for every human being, regardless of individual background and circumstance. We work from a shared perspective that transformation occurs by developing a relationship with awareness, which includes and goes beyond the bounds of ego psychology.
Within this shared perspective we offer a wide range of therapeutic techniques and will work with you to find the therapist who best meets your needs. We offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families, as well as group therapy and trauma-focused treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Services
I offer healing and transformational forms of therapy. Healing therapy aims at symptom management and neurological and emotional reprogramming. I use trauma-focused treatments, such as EMDR, Gestalt, and Somatic Processing to help my clients process acute and complex traumatic experiences in order to minimize and integrate difficult emotions and create space for deeper transformative work.
Individual therapy in the short-term it is often about alleviating symptoms (such as depression and anxiety) and feeling your feet under you again. You are having problems in your current relationship or have a history of relationship trouble. You'd like to explore how to create meaningful and sustainable relationships, without repeating old dysfunctional patterns.
We often tell our clients that relationship is the most difficult practice, after all, you not only have your own feelings to manage, but your partner's as well! It can often be challenging to know where your issues end and your partner's begin. This confusion can be frustrating and can lead to seemingly endless arguing and finger-pointing.
This group modality is meant to take 'healing' and therapy to the next level, by becoming a 'evolutionary tool', meant to help one free oneself from layers of limiting conditioning (beliefs and feeling systems trapped in our body/mind). The inner journey from a 'domesticated' contracted existence to discovering one's true identity and living from that, integrated and embodied, in all aspects of one's life.
Most people in the world today are spinning a mile a minute, whether outwardly in the busyness of life, work, family, social-or inwardly with the monkey mind; sometimes even collapsing into exhausted depression. This is one of challenges of our modern world. The spinning is further exacerbated by caffeine, alcohol, sugar, electronic stimulation, processed foods, pollutants, the list rolls on.
