Had problems with the water pressure trying to water my lawn for new grass seed. Rippe walked me through the process of what was clogged since everything else was working properly and got the problem fixed when they could have came out and charged me. Have used them multiple times in the past and will continue to.

Called Rippe and left a vm at 9:30 at night. By 6:40 am Tim had called me and agreed to come 11-1. Mike and Mike called and came at noon, diagnosed the situation (burnt wire 100’ below the surface) and Tim showed up soon thereafter with his hook truck. They blew my mind with their knowledge and efficiency and it was seriously impressive. The price was exactly what I had expected for this service and scope of work. I vouch 100%.

I had a the pressure tank for our well replaced yesterday by Rippe Well Service, Inc. Mike did a fantastic job. He diagnosed our low water pressure problem, which was a bad pressure tank (18 years old). He had a tank on the truck and was able to replace it, along with a new pressure switch.
Mike represents a great work ethic. This company represents great value! There cost of equipment and labor are fair and reasonable. No wonder why they have such great reviews! I was very impressed!

Last year I started getting sediment in my well. I called Rippe they came out right away and helped with the problem (silt sock and raised my pump about 10ft). This year it started happening again I called and asked to be put on the list for a new well. I was told it would be about 3 weeks, that was no problem at the time. After 3 weeks I called again and was told they would come out around Labor day. I called again and have not heard a word from them. So well repair is speedy, customer service for a new well is terrible at best.

I don’t do the ratings thing but I want to let everyone know that Tim Rippe runs the most professional company I have ever used. My water just quit suddenly on Sunday after hours so I left a message and he called back that night and came out Monday morning. After checking he found a leak at my well even after being paid. Most companies would have just left and not caught the problem. True professionals at their finest. Thanks Tim

I turned on my faucet this morning and no water, after I freaked out I calmed down and called Rippe and they were out with in half an hour. They were very friendly and professional. They assessed the problem fixed it and were on their way. The price was extremely reasonable especially since I was prepared for the worst. I would highly recommend them.

Tim Rippe, a true professional. A family business passed on to a son who is taking it to a new level , not to mention preserving the family name . If he wasn't present, I feel that his talented workers would have done the same. I never post reviews , but I have to say something here. Save a couple hundred or go with the best, it's your well pump. I didn't have water when they arrived. 45 minutes later I was back in business. And I felt that I was top priority. Didn't hurt my lawn. I give them more than 5 stars
